The hotel was beautiful, easy to access and in a good, safe location. My family and I had a great trip. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. They had a nice, free breakfast. The pool and spa were nice also. I will definitely stay here again.

I felt bad for the valet guy. Manager needs to step up to help valet parking cars when you now your going to busy. Valet parking guy was very busy with cars. 1 person guy is not acceptable at all…..

La verdad mi estadía fue horrible y de muy mal gustó el hotel es caro y no lo vale la piscina estaba sucia y pequeña para un hotel grande y súper descuidada las personas del front desk muy irritantes y cero corteses la habitación donde me quedé era pequeña y la alarma de humo estuvo sonando los 4 días que me quedé ahí el valet parking carísimo $60 Dlls por día y si no pagas busca donde estacionarte la verdad el hotel en muy mal estado le falta mantenimiento

Would only stay downtown if we had an event there. Everything is more expensive from dining to parking! Big city streets can be sketchy at night would much rather be on edge of town must less hassle!

We were disappointed with the service we received during our stay. The front desk staff seemed inconvenienced during check-in and responded to our questions in a rude and dismissive manner, which made us feel unwelcome. As a result, we avoided returning to the front desk after that initial encounter.
Additionally, several of our room keys did not work. While we did request help from the front desk to fix one of them, their dismissive attitude persisted, so we decided not to address the issue further and left the remaining non-functional keys unused. The indoor pool also was not heated or inviting, adding to our dissatisfaction. Overall, the lack of hospitality and these inconveniences made our stay disappointing.

Stayed on New Year's eve. Place was very clean, security conscious and prepared for large volume. I only marked then down for service since my husband and I were only given 1 bath towel.

Front desk staff unfriendly and not helpful
Make sure you get the room you paid for they will try to put you in a cheaper room than what you paid for. I ignored the bad reviews and regretted it. Hotels.com even tried to intervene and they dealt with the same issues as me with the hotel staff.
Parking is almost $60 on top of hotel price
