In the middle of a 9 hour car trip, the Hampton Inn was welcome stop. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well furnished with everything I needed. Breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice place to stay. Our family of 2 adults, 3 children and 1 dog stayed in the 1 room suite and it was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable beds and most importantly, clean.

My only problem with this property is that the outside parking lot could have better lighting.
The hotel is always clean and well maintained and the staff is top notch.

I never do reviews. We had a broken toilet. We were told that
this would be addressed that evening.
Nobody came. in the morning the water was too cold to shower
Desk staff assured us we would hear on Monday about compensation
None has occurred
We will never choose this hotel brand again

I stay here because of the consistency of room cleanliness and comfortable bed and bedding is super. Check in was a little slow this time and the coffee area was lacking product. Also, my room only had one cup. Breakfast was good. I still find this hotel a good value.

The staff was very friendly. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom room sink never had hot water. The shower water was warm but not as hot as I like . It could have been because it was a very cold night.

The room was not stocked with toilet paper. Only one cup. The vending machine did not work. The floor in the room was gross, the carpet needs to be replaced. There were scratches on the walls. The staff didn’t seem to want to be there. The woman in the front hid in the back office and the woman taking care of the breakfast was complaining loudly to another employee. They ran out of covers and light roast coffee before 8. Not the experience I experienced from a Hilton. Needs new management.

Arrived at 9pm for my reservation witj my.dmall children to be told the 3rd party booker expedia overbooked them and tney had no room to give. Woman was rude and refused to even make eye contact with me. Told me good lucl getting a refund from expedia. Contacted expedia immediately whom attemtped to try tje jotel and was unsuccessful. Today tried ahain for expedia to be told i was a no show, which i was not and ended up staying next door at tje comfort inn. Still fighting for a refund from the hotel and expedia.

Asked to buy water said a tip was welcomed for it thought that was odd.
Room very dark. Had a desk lamp and lamp between beds not much light from it.
Beds hard. Room had dog urine stains on the carpet. Otherwise it was clean

The room was old. We were on the pet floor and the room was covered with urine stains. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work nor did the heat/air conditioning.
I would recommend the Holiday Inn down the street.

the location was great for a short weekend trip. There were no sheets or pillowcases for the sofa bed when we arrived and stains on the couch and carpet.for the first time in all my stays at hotels i had to go down to the front desk and file a noise complaint from the room below that kept us up until 1 am. The desk did call the room and they quieted down after a while but was a new experience for me.

The first room smelled like an ashtray. And the AC was missing a filter and filthy. Thankfully the front desk staff were able to get me a second room which luckily didn’t smell like cigarettes. But the condition of the room was in disrepair. Bathroom door barely hanging on the hinges and the AC unit appeared to have been kicked and broken multiple times. The calling around the tub/shower is cracked/missing
