One of my most important expirations when traveling is comfort and good nites rest. Occasionally you stay at a hotel where something keeps you from having that. This hotel is one of those. The air conditioner was not working. The temperature in the room all night would not get below 74. I normally sleep with the temperature around 67. If I was staying more nights I would have asked to have it fixed. Looking at what I expect was an old AC unit that heeded replacement, repair may not be a choice.

I thought I requested a room with a couch but when I got there it was only 2 queen beds. Went to front desk to see if there was something that could be done and the attendant said there weren't any more rooms available. Also the bathroom floor was dirty and the faucet in tub was leaking.

Pool was out of order, but we were able to go to the hotel next door to swim. I appreciated that they had a solution available! The free breakfast was good and had a lot of different options. The kids were happy and we all slept well. One suggestion would be to provide smart tvs with streaming.

The only issues was that the a/c wasn’t working properly when stayed and it was hot. Everything else was great including the staff. Would stay again.
