This was not my 1st stay @this hotel & I was satisfied again. The staff was so welcoming. My room was very clean. The coffee fresh & I checked in around 6:00 p.m. The bed a little hard, the pillows a little small but I was very comfortable. Hotel is close to shopping & my granddaughter's house.

Great breakfast area and food. Parking was a little snug and they had an overflow parking area if you couldn’t snag a spot in the main parking area.

Check in was super easy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. And only negative comment is it took the hot water a while to get hot.

Staff was amazing howerver, bed was hard. Mini fridge was loud and when someone took shower at night time you woke up with a scratching high pitch noise. But for the cost was ok. Was there for cheer competition

way overpriced for the lack luster quality. will not stay here again for 300 for 2 nights. fixtures in the bathroom were unsecured, it felt dingy and out dated. but the breakfast was solid

I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was great, the breakfast had lots of options, and I never heard any noise at night. The only small criticism I have was the limited grassy areas for dog walking, but I guess we're supposed to use the space at the apartments across the street. But I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here 3 times, now. Always clean and quiet. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. This time, we were traveling with my 85 yr old parents; everyone made our stay so nice. Our favorite place to stay in Roanoke, for sure!
