Everything was clean. The hotel seems new. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and they have coffee and tea available all day and night long. Thank you for everything.

If your flight gets cancelled and you need a place to stay, pick this hotel. They care. My son and I came in starving right before the restaurant was closing and Drew assured us that they would be happy to make us some dinner, which they did -- and truthfully, after a long, exhausting day, their grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup was just what the doctor ordered. He then gave us a sack breakfast for the next morning. From check-in to check-out, we felt cared for and everyone was friendly -- which is important when it's been a long day. I will always stay here from now on when I'm in Seattle.

The breakfast was the was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the lobby sitting area was really trendy and well decorated. I never leave reviews but I had to make sure to leave a review because it just really exceeded my expectations!

The hotel was extremely clean, excellent customer service from everyone that works there. Great location that had fast food, gas stations, starbucks, 7-Eleven right by it. And was very pet friendly. Very very impressed with my stay.

My stay would have been perfect if it were not for the wait at check in. The staff at the check in desk had difficulty getting the room key programmed. I waited about 10 - 15 mins or it.

Check in was a great experience. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only fail was one of two queen beds missing a flat sheet. The room maid should pay attention to this as it gives customers a poor hygiene image. Brought the issue to the front counter staff; she took care of it immediately.

Room 205 had a clogged toilet when we arrived, shower door wouldn’t stay closed while in the shower. I did asked to move me to another room I was told to use the toilet in the lobby.
