Nice quite place with easy access

Lovely hotel. Bar, resturaunt available for breakfast and dinner. Bit pricey though. Very large room fully equipped. Very nice staff.

They stay overall was good! The hallways seemed like they had not been cleaned in some time. I never once saw a cleaning person. But our room was very clean and smelled very clean. Our shower, we thought was broken, but it took an extremely long time to get hot. Only one of us was able to shower. I did find it strangle that our window opened all the way being on the second floor. I only checked this because our grandchildren came to stay with us. The staff during the morning shift was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that worked the evening did not even speak. There was no complimentary breakfast as we thought there would be, just one you had to pay $12 per person for, so we ended up going elsewhere. Our bed was very comfortable! Slept great! We had the suit and was very happy with the space and room. Overall it was a good stay. Location was good, right in the middle of everything, plenty of options for shopping and eating if needed.

It was easy to get to and there were plenty of dining choices in the area.

Housekeeping was not satisfactory. Used towels weren’t picked up and trash cans weren’t emptied. I stayed for three days

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was amazing. Plenty of charging areas for phones. I especially loved the keurig in the room. Breakfast was delicious!

Well located for my business and pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was very helpful.

The shower was clogged with hair my husband had to pull it out which did not settle well

Getting checked in was easy and efficient. Staff wad friendly. The property and room was clean. To improve the property, I would get new carpet and reduce the price of the breakfast. 17$ tax per person had me thinking, I could be sitting down and getting served at that price. The food looked delicious. With that said, I would stay there again.

This hotel had a lot of stray cats outside of all the entrance and exit doors. My daughter and I are extremely allergic to cats so we had to take Benadryl the entire weekend! My room had dirty linens and the floors had not been swept or mopped when I checked in. No housekeeping was available so a gentleman from Maintenance brought me a can of Lysol and a Magic Eraser sponge to clean up my room. I’ll absolutely never stay there again.
