Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley Stadium

Stayed here for the SuperCross Race at SnapDragon Stadium, the hotel is nice located on a quiet street really close to the freeway. As for parking, because it was a busy weekend by the time we got to the hotel later that night it was tricky to find a spot that our SUV would fit in. Spots are really small, & a lot of people drove big trucks & SUVs that were taking up two spots. The parking garages were also full. Other than that, the hotel was clean & nice on the inside & out & comfortable to stay in for the night to rest.

Great customer service. Helpful staff allowed me to check in 15 min early. Clean and comfortable.

The shower area smelt really bad especially coming from the drain and there was stuff from past people who stayed in the suite under the bed. Overall was not satisfied especially for paying how much I did.

There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom floor. It was gross. It was long curly dark hair. Not sure if it was the cleaning staff’s hair or they just didn’t sweep up the bathroom area but there was enough of it to be noticeable. Also, the top sheet gf a weird stain that looked like it could have been from an iron but either way when a sheet has marks on it like that it should be replaced.

Didnt have enough towels asked for more towels got none. Didnt clean room every day. So no fresh towels. No free breakfast. Had to pay to park

Overall was a stay , staff very friendly

The hotel room had various specs of debris and some corners of carpet had not been vacuumed. The USB ports in some locations didn’t work. Several hairs on the bathroom floor. The door to the bathroom was heavy and not centered on its track so it was hard to open and close. It took effort. The shower was lovely. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise though our room never got cleaned and we were there four days we were supposed to be there five but we left early. The property has a parking lot adjacent to a dead-end street. It is lined with people who are sleeping in their cars, vans, and pick ups. On the other side of the railing of the parking lot was junk that had been dumped, including mattresses and other clutter. Outside our room was an elevator and across from it there were often odors like old fish.

Every thing was great

Room needs updating and the TV remote was dirty with some food crusted on the numbers and the office chair needs to be replaced. The light fixture was dirty as well. The shower was not cleaned well as the floor was slippery and I had to put a towel down while I showered.
