Peeling paint and TVs that didn't even have a menu function. Much highway noise. Overpriced breakfast. I will avoid Hilton in the future.

Most of the stay was wonderful. The only complaint was that the room was musty or moldy smelling. But the facility was clear and the people are nice and it’s nice and close to the airport.

The property is in a great location and walking distance to the marina, downtown shopping, restaurants etc. However, the mattress was hard as rock and they were not able to accommodate my request for a softer bed or a mattress topper. Paying over $300 a night was excessive for a rough nights sleep.

I have been staying at this hotel for 20 years.Right by the Bay Bridge so easy into SF. Berkeley and Oakland nearby for all the excellent restaurants. Good service, comfy beds, restaurant and breakfast in-house.

Room was very nice and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The bar was missing ingredients and could not make menu options. Workers were watching television and were unprofessional. The food in the restaurant was practically inedible from the very limited breakfast menu. Better to not even have a restaurant if you cannot hire people that can actually cook a meal as basic as breakfast.

One of the reception didn’t didn’t know if I have break fast or no and told me to check with Expidia , and when I told him I reserve break fast he said it is not appear . Until I did chat with Expidia and find out that I have , then I go back to recipient later they have changed stuff and they told me yes you have
