Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center

Needed and requested handicap accessible room (walk-in shower) at check-in, friendly front desk receptionist upgraded us to a large suite on first floor near side door... great room!

Nice, clean, and friendly

This was just a basic hotel, not bad by any stretch, they charged for breakfast and it was a basic Hilton buffet, not even close to worth 18$. But its just a hotel no prob, understandable. The issue is Hotels.com overcharged, I could have gotten the room for normal hotel rates, I just assumed, I know I know, that it was something a little better. Point is Call the Hotel and ask their price.

It would be nice if the bar stayed open later and if the continental breakfast was included.

The hotel overall was very nice. The main issue we had was there was a ver strong odor of carpet cleaner or of something similar. It was overwhelming in the hallways. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It was a pretty basic hotel but we only needed it for one night.

Liked the spacious room and bathroom. The continental breakfast was good as well. Grounds were nice and staff was friendly. Very happy with our stay.

I picked that hotel because I wanted to have a Jacuzzi or hot tub outside and when I arrived I found out it was empty and they were refurbishing. So I was very disappointed also couldn't sleep at night because the hotel was full of kids running up-and-down the hallway yelling and making noise at 9 o'clock at night And then when I went for breakfast and ordered poach eggs I could hear the cook complaining that she didn't like cooking eggs didn't make me feel very welcome. So even though I paid 42 nights in advance I checked out early and did not stay the second night was very disappointed. And would really like the second night refunded.

While the hotel itself was nice, I guess the timing of our visit was bad. There was a large group of young boys, whom I’m guessing were a soccer team, staying in the hotel. They ran through the halls yelling, laughing and banging on the room doors until after 10:00 PM each night of our stay. We attempted several times to contact the front desk but no one was answering the phone. Eventually, after quite some time on the phone, we were able to contact someone in management outside the hotel who put us in contact with someone at our hotel who remedied the situation by getting the boys go to their rooms for the night. It made our weekend getaway quite frustrating since it was so difficult to get in touch with the hotel staff.

We loved the stay , very easy access , customer service was excellent easy check in and out , the room was very clean and confortable, great amenities, loved the shower definitely will stay there again
