Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft Worth-North at Fossil Creek

Very clean and attractive!

The toilet didn’t work, but the awesome GM switch our rooms immediately. The breakfast was the bomb, and there were cameras in the parking lot. All great signs.

This was an amazing place to stay

Chambre complètement à refaire…beaucoup de bris…meubles…accessoires…salle de bain vétuste…baignoire à changer, robinet qui fuit constamment…gaspillage d’eau incroyable qui indiffère le personnel…je ne recommande pas, nombreux autres enseignes à proximité bien mieux. Ne mérite pas de faire parti au groupe Hilton.

The hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. The property needs some renovation, missing sections of wallpaper in the hall, rusty towel rack in room, chipped paint on doors and trim. Just a little touch up would bring back a little life. We were disappointed that the gym facility was in very poor condition. There were no weights & the cardio equipment was broken. Breakfast was good the first day and the second day gross and we didn’t even try the third day. We probably won’t stay again since there are other options closer to the family we came to see.

Hotel was ok, just old and needing updated. Carpet needed replaced. Had outlets that did not work in the room. One fan was missing a blade.

Excellent experience

It was a pretty good experience. The elevator was out of order. I got put on the first floor. Breakfast was ok. I would stay agin if i get a lower price

Having the Hilton name means that the hotel needs to be Hilton standards Not a real Hilton if the furniture is tattered and holes in the wall and the rooms smell like old We expected to have better rooms than what we had But it was comfortable, and it had a kitchen, which is a plus when traveling This hotel needs to be updated and make it a Hilton standard, not secondhand

The staff was very nice, however... we were supposed to have one large room with 3 bed ~ that room had a leaky roof (from the rainstorm), so we were given 2 rooms ~ which worked out fine BUT they also gave one of those rooms to someone else. So when we went to go to sleep... there were people in our other room! Some of the wall outlet covers were not screwed in to the wall and not everything was very clean.

I booked a room that sleeps 6 people (me, my wife and 4 children). We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on Tuesday. The room has two queen beds and a sofa bed. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and the heater in the room didn’t work. The front desk said they were out of blankets and took note of the heater not working and was supposed to have it fixed.All they could give me were sheets for the sofa bed. The two queen beds weren’t made with proper “bedding”. Both were made using only bed skirts as sheets, they did have blankets though. Housekeeping didn’t come by our room one time during our stay so the room was filled with trash by the time we left. Oh yeah, and the heater was never fixed. Won’t be staying here again because they don’t seem to care about their guests.

The hotel is a great place to stay. Its just a little outdated but overall I would recommend this place. The staff and the breakfast are excellent. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice kitchen and living room felt very comfortable the whole time.
