HYATT house Cypress/Anaheim

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. The rooms with very clean comfortable and spacious.

Love the full kitchen with separate bedroom suite. Great location and great staff. Kim runs a great breakfast every morning! The price was fantastic too.

The customer service was very good. Love the morning breakfasts and the onsite laundry facilities. The rooms were dated and there was evidence of mole around with window and sliding glass door. The couch was very warn. Our linens and towels were clean and the room was serviced as expected, every other day.

I've stayed at Hyatt House Cypress 3x. I have no complaints re: the room & complimentary breakfast. I can't say the same about the confusion I experienced with the front desk staff during checkout on day after Xmas. I paid for the room when I booked it, but was charged a $200 deposit to my card when I checked in. The Mgr. suggested I charge it as Credit instead of Debit because he said debit takes longer to get your money back. I chose to charge it as Credit, but I couldn’t understand why debit took longer since it's like handing someone cash. When I checked out I asked the lady at the desk when the $186.00 balance would be credited back to my card. (I only spent $14.00 for parking). She said it wasn't actually charged to my card & should disappear within a few days. After I left, I called my bank & was told it was an actual "Pending" charge that had already been deducted from my account. I called the hotel & ended up talking to Christian, who told me I had no choice how it was charged to my card & he didn’t know when the money would be refunded. I asked for the number to the Corp office. When I called & explained the situation they transferred me back to the hotel & I got Christian again. I asked for the Corp number again & he rudely told me "I gave it to you when you called before & you even repeated it to me." That really made me mad. It's been 5 days since then & the charge is still on my account. I will not stay there again. My bank has suggested I dispute the charge.

We stayed at the Hyatt for 3 nights and overall it was good. The staff were professional and kind. They offer hot breakfast every morning and it does have variety of options. The area around the hotel is quiet and generally safe. In addition, the location of the hotel is very centralized. Parking is easy however they do charged $7 per night. The property itself is a bit outdated. Definitely, the carpet in the room needs to be changed as well as the vents need to be cleaned.

The staff was really nice, but the rooms were dirty from years of neglect. The concept was great, but the execution was poor.

The AC was so loud and blowing very strong towards the bed that gave me a sinus headache

Was here for a music festival. Hotel was amazing! Rooms were spacious and very nicely laid out. Beds were super comfortable and I loved having the convenience of a kitchen in my room! The best part is that there were guest laundry services so I was able to do a load of laundry during my stay. Oh and the rainfall showerhead in the walk in shower was awesome!

Very clean location and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is good and fresh. Rooms were spacious and family friendly.
