Stayed in a “suite” but the hotel was in much need of updating. Was not worth the price. Sketchy people outside at most hours.

The staff was very nice, but the property itself could use an upgrade. Outside, you definitely have second thoughts about the hotels. The elevator was like going back in time. The room was very nice (we booked the suite) but definitely needed a better going over prior to our stay. We found food in the fridge from a previous guest, and we had no ice bucket or plastic cups, plus one of the remotes first had no batteries and then turned out to be the wrong remote for the TV. Also, there was only one trash can in the whole suite. The staff were quick to fix the issues as best they could.

This hotel is awful. The first room was disgusting, with a broken bathroom door (the handle was falling off, and the wood was split). The shower had a weak trickle of lukewarm water, and the toilet was leaking onto the floor and wouldn’t flush. The bed sheet was stained and didn’t even fit the bed properly. The light kept flickering constantly. The second room was only slightly better but still filthy. Do not stay here—it’s not worth the price or the location.

There was poop on the walls in the bathroom. The shower water came out a weird brownish yellow color. Beds were uncomfortable. The hotel is located in a very unsafe area. The staff knocked on EVERY door at 9 am to ask if we’d be extending our stay. Check out was 11, there was no reason to be woken up. The walls are very thin and all I heard all night was drunken fights. It was overall a terrible experience, definitely won’t be staying there again.

It was an extremely neglected and filthy dump . Literally falling apart, NO HOT WATER! Cold water only in shower , faucet fell off the wall ! The floor of shower was not clean… Toilet paper holder fell off the wall if touched ! No maid service ! Booked 3 nights, checked out after 2nd night, took the loss because it seemed to be the safest and healthiest decision. I would not stay there again, EVER! Even if it was free !!!

When we checked in, there were dirty towels in the bathroom hair all over the bathroom floor. It didn’t look like it was vacuumed and I asked for discount on the day of checkout and they told me to contact you guys. But the good thing about it it was close to the stadium and I would really like a discount. Thank you very much.

The staff does a good job of cleaning this older property but the infrastructure is letting them down. There were cigarette burns in the mattress and floor from a previous tenant. The first morning there was no hot water, I suspect that they are using an undersized common share heater and it just ran out. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. Other long term tenants added to the issue, one night we came back to a motorcycle parked on the second floor walkway. The neighborhood is noisy at night. But you get what you pay for and this place is less than half the cost of the hotel up the street.

Old and Tired! Pictures on site do not represent current day condition of property. Drug deals and non stop activity in the parking lot at all hours. Rooms are very out dated and run down!

This hotel was absolutely horrible! We did not end up staying at the hotel due to everything! The rooms are disgusting! Sink like smoke, huge gabs in the doors, literally immigrant hands on the side of the building taking cars a part. Was way too scary to stay at.

It was alright; I was expecting worse. The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was old and I could have looked past that if it were clean. There was grime everywhere. We spent a while clorox wiping everything. The beds were comfy (we Lysol sprayed them). The room was cleaner when we left. You could see daylight through the bottom of the door. Which lead to a cricket getting in. Thank goodness it wasn't a cockroach.

I feel that the advertising was misleading. I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. We were in town for an event and hotel prices were very high so I had no other choice. This was awful from the start. The manager with the blonde hair and face piercing was very rude. The lobby was dirty. They do not have breakfast. The key card had to be replaced each time it was used, if you go out and come back to your room it won’t work! It was dirty, dirty, dirty! Just find somewhere else to stay if you can.

Day of checking was informed of no pool or breakfast. Just heads up would be considerate, other than that it was convenient and ok.

This seems like a property about to be torn down. It felt so unsafe and sketchy, that we decided to leave after just a few hours after checking in.

Biggest thing was they used old spring mattresses. There was 3 of us, none of us slept well. A lot of tossing and turning. Not good. A little run down. But it is probably the cheapest place in town. I had an idea of what I might be getting.

I'm 65 years old and can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Wife and I checked in late Saturday afternoon and went to a show at Ball Arena. Upon returning, the filth inside and out really became apparent. Activity outside our door was suspect. We loaded up and drove the 3 hours back home so to not put our health and well being in jeopardy. I don't remember ever being so disappointed about paying money for something I did not use.

Overall, not worth the cost per night - would have rather spent a bit more and not stayed here. Good location across the bridge from downtown Denver. Very old and run down building - entryway looked unkempt, but at least they did offer snacks and drinks for purchase. The elevator was so old and untrustworthy - honestly the weirdest elevator I’ve ever been in. And very small. The hallway to our room when we arrived in the evening was littered with garbage and crumbs and such. It was gross. Room was.. okay. Couldn’t open the window because it was drilled shut. A bunch of the lights didn’t even have lightbulbs. The furniture was run down. I actually felt obligated to check the room for bed bugs because the whole experience just felt uneasy - thankfully, none. Bathroom was okay, again old but seemed clean at least. Overall, a place to lay our heads for our time there but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone i know in the future. Do with that info what you will!
