The room had a stuffy, wet smell as soon as we opened the door. Tried to open the window but it would only go about 2 inches and there was no screen. The bathtub was also dirty.

When I got to the hotel lobby I got confused and couldn't find the desk because it was midnight and the lobby was full of men who were partying with pizza and it smelled bad and when I looked towards the front desk the employee just looked at me as if I was a vase in the lobby, I do not recommend this hotel, it smells bad, they are irresponsible and it gives you a feeling of fear with all these young men that you don't know if they are going to do something to you because they were all there and the receptionist was not even in his work area, it was horrible to be in the daytime and I couldn't even sleep because I was scared, I have never seen that in any hotel not even the cheap ones

Liked the area, especially how close where I had to be. The only thing I didn’t care about was the price increase because of a football game. Sure I could have gone else where but I was just too damn tired and for the fuss of packing.

The staff were amazing specially the Front Desk Good breakfast Cleaning staff very nice . Very happy to stay at La Quinta

My stay was good. There were 2 things that I had an issue with. There were no lightbulbs in the lamp between the beds and the front desk didn’t have any to fix the issue. The second thing was there was no desk in the room but there was a desk chair.

The price was lower than other properties but it we got what we paid for so to speak. The property overall appeared to be kept up decently and seemed to have air freshening. Our room was a decent size however we noticed that the bathroom had two doors instead of one and they didn’t close properly. It appeared that one of the doors had previous water damage on the bottom. Not really a big deal, but then we discovered the toilet would not flush. We called the front desk and I was advised that I needed to push the handle harder and all the way until it was vertical to get to flush, that Instantly let me know that they were aware of this problem. I tried what I was told, and the toilet still did not flush. We had to take the lid off the top of the toilet tank and manually pull the metal lever to get the toilet to flush somewhat but it still did not flush completely. Needless to say, that was very tedious, unsanitary and disappointing. The mattresses seemed pretty worn and we kept sliding toward the middle of the bed and used one of the pillows to keep us on either side. We also discovered that the coffee maker was missing the basket that holds the coffee so we couldn’t even attempt to make a cup of coffee. The outlets all seem to be extremely loose and some would cut power. At check out, they were apologetic for the inconveniences and broken amenities however, they did not offer any sort of compensation. I do not believe I would stay here again, even if we did save some money.

The room was ok but the bathroom was lacking. The light above the sink didn’t work. The sink water was hot but the shower water was not.

This was a quick stop for me to get some rest before I got back on the road. I used to live around the area and know how much traffic there can be on weekends because of all the shops and restaurants around it, it is very convenient if you want a reasonable price and great location to various places and right off the highway.

Nice clean hotel and a good surroundings area. Plenty of restaurants and the mall.

Nice property. Check-in was a breeze. My room was clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I felt safe here traveling alone. Would stay here again.

Elevators were concerning. Worn out and and dirty areas in places in the bathroom, room, and hallways

Nothing wrong with this hotel for a one night stop over heading west on 20. Good water pressure, quiet, decent breakfast too.

Everything was good, except we had to request room service. We only stayed 2 nights and the kids loved it.

The tub was sloped and caused one in our group to fall and end up with a huge bruise on their leg.

Amazing stay, clean and convenient and staff are very accessible. Highly recommend

I had Roaches in my room, they were cropping around the managers acted like it was normal, and room service was terrible
