La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Evansville

Shower was dirty and lacked hot water. Also didn’t drain. Somebody had left an alarm clock set for too early. On checking at 4:00 pm, no desk staff in sight or for ten minutes.

We stayed at this location quite a few years ago, and were excited with the renovations since then. The beds were comfortable (even the pillows!) and the room was clean and comfortable. I feel like the beds could be a few inches farther from the nightstand. When using chunky block chargers they are right against the mattress which doesn't feel safe. I love that the night stand outlets and USB ports, but I'd love USB-C ports too. The breakfast was good as well. We were on the first floor, and the occupants above us were loud, I think there were kids running from end to end in the room. Not only the running but someone up there had a very heavy footstep and we could hear that constantly. We couldn't hear voices or music or anything like that, just the footsteps. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Comforter had stains, booked for 3 adults and only two towels provided. Room next us started smoking in a non-smoking hotel and smell traveled to our room. Advised front desk they apologized and told me to open a window.

The property is older but has been updated. When I got into my room, the freezer in the fridge was dirty and there was hair in it. a saw a few random strands of hair, but the room was clean otherwise.

They still provide room service cleaning with fresh towels, etc. . The breakfast is large with a big variety of items. We stay there every time we visit family.

Convenient and affordable! Content with the property and hotel overall.

I’m on crutches and the staff went above and beyond to help me get in get checked in and I had a dog with me. They help me with my dog. I just can’t say enough. This is a great group of people and they really made a difference.

Everything and everyone was very nice.

It was fine - as expected- but the bed was so uncomfortable our backs hurt so bad in the morning and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. It was clean and the breakfast was fine. If the beds were better it would have been very nice.

Loved the experience

Room smelled bad. Pillow cases smelled like sweat and shower did not work properly. Asked for a new room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Front desk provided us with clean pillow sheets but after the shower just trickled we checked out and found another hotel.

The only thing i did not like was how musty the room smelled.

Everything was nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were so nice

Food was good versus other motels. Dog area to walk was good, loved the room.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly. Clean rooms. Great breakfast.

Room service only serviced the room once the seven days we were there.

The only thing I did not like was they was no hot water other than that it was great
