Great service and staff had great hospitality. Location was also excellent. Would highly recommend staying here as its also quite close to downtown Palm Springs

Where do I even begin? Let's start with I'm not even done with my stay and I'm giving this 5 stars. From before I even arrived communication was prompt and pleasant bordering on joyful. They texted me a few times confirming my stay and expressing excitement. I checked in after the office hours and the directions sent ahead of time were clear and easy to follow. As soon as I walked in I was struck by how beautiful the public area and pool were. It was like walking into a mid-century dream and I hadn't even gotten into my room! Speaking of, what a charming and delightful room. The decor was on point, the bed comfortable and yummy snacks and water on top of it all! I'm already planning my next stay. Keep it up Mahala!

Really easy check in, and super clean

Nice hotel, room was nice but the mattress was a little too springy. Also a shelf outside the shower would be nice to place dry clothes.

I like their quiet time policy and had a good sleep there. The amenities are pretty new and the room is so clean. The check-in process is smooth.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mahala over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and it exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the standout features was the large outdoor jacuzzi, which provided the perfect escape for relaxation after a day out and about the town. And the comfortable bedding made for restful nights, ensuring I woke up refreshed and ready to enjoy the day. The in-room bluetooth speaker was a delightful touch, allowing us to set the perfect atmosphere with our favorite music. I also loved the creative decor of the room; it felt unique and thoughtful, adding a special charm that made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor patio space was another highlight, providing a comfortable space that encourages intimate conversations to unwind together in a serene setting. It truly created a wonderful ambiance for a couples’ weekend getaway. Lastly, I must mention Tucker, the onsite attendant, who was a pleasure to talk to in the mornings. His friendly demeanor and helpful insights made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Overall, this boutique hotel is a gem that I would highly recommend for anyone seeking a romantic retreat!

Very nice micro resort would definitely come back. Very sticky rules with late check out thou but all worked out okay ….coffee maker was not user friendly…the outdoor space is amazing.

It was a wonderful stay, professional staff. The only complaints is the carpeting hurts your feet and the slippers are not big enough for size 13 men's and one shower head didn't work

Check in was really easy, we needed extra towels during our stay and they were brought quickly. Pool and jacuzzi area was clean and well maintained. Overall property was quiet and clean within a short drive of the downtown Palm Springs district. Would stay again.

Beautiful little hotel with stylish rooms. We had a perfect stay.

Such a stylish, cute, boutique hotel. Beautiful patio and lounge area. Room was great, snacks & beverages were offered at no additional charge plus a refrigerator in the room was great. The only thing I could comment on is the carpeting, not very comfy & a bit abrasive on bare feet so make sure to pack slippers!

Great place to stay in Palm Springs. Scott at check in was particularly helpful and friendly. The rooms had a cool retro Palm Springs vibe and it was quiet and felt safe. Rooms were very clean. Would stay again.

I just had a great experience at Mahala. Súper easy check-in and check-out. Everything is new and everything is super clean. And in the room there even was a basket with snacks and sweets as a welcome (and drinks in the fridge)! Great place to stay in Palm Springs!
