The hottel staff, Christine (Christina? Front desk clerk) was so helpful, wonderful and just outstanding!

Older hotel 3 miles from Port Canaveral cruise port with $12.00 per person shuttle to ship. Clean, vlcomfortable and welcoming. No reason to spend a fortune elsewhere the night before your cruise when this is literally just fine. Comfy bed, microwave, fridge and nice, helpful Staff. Saved a couple hundred by staying here and will do it again. Shout out to Christi at check in for exceptional service.

The staff was very nice. Jennifer especially. The hotel is run down and dirty. The floor turned my feet black. Beds are awful. Pillows are awful. We wouldnt stay here again

Check in was slow, at 5:00 pm our room wasn’t ready. After sometime we were offered another one. Pillows had blood stains on it. Bathroom was dirty. Microwave didn’t work and it took us asking 3 times over a day to get a different one. Asked for chairs to sit on courtyard, never did get them.

Our flight arrived early 6 am when check in was at 3 we made it to the hotel and they allowed us to check in early . Very nice

Good location to Cruise Line Terminal.

At check in, Christy was great, knowledgeable, patient, professional, caring, she made me feel at home, she made sure my room was ready for me. The property itself could use an uplift but its acceptable. Clean bed, room, towels. The location is excellent.

Great stay, just long waits and no one to answer phones. Ring for forever

Room odour was bad, pictures look ok but in bad shape, cockroaches while sleeping , dirty diapers on the stairs, garbage expose in common areas. two police cars in place at night.

This hotel is not fit for a dog to stay in. It was dirty, had mold on the walls, roaches were crawling around, the door did not close tightly, had a gap in it, the sheets were dirty, there were people outside making noise for long hours, and I am sure human trafficking was going on in the hotel. We were unable to get a good sleep, each person was on watch was so happy when the morning came. Its sad because its in a good location, need to paint and renovate hotel.

ROOM WAS DIRTY, WIERD PEOPLE ARROUD THE FACILITIES, SEEMS NOT A SAFE PLACE

Tweaker in the stairwell rats trash in front of rooms front door that wouldn't latch. It's supposed to have kitchenette but not one of us did.. lady in the front desk with bipolar would promise to switch my room then come back and yell at me.

It was the dirtiest hotel on earth......

This was the most disgusting place I've ever booked. Booked and paid extra for 2 rooms that had a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator and were handicap accessible. Neither room has Any of that. Just TV and beds with stains all over the bed spreads. I am a single woman and while walking to my room 4 men were yelling from their upstairs room "yeah baby! Look what just walked in. Oh hell yeah". Enter room, door doesn't lock, security latch on top missing, door doesn't even SHUT all the way. Went to call from front desk.... What a surprise, the phone in the room doesn't work. After moving all belongings back to the car, went to front desk. Moved to a new room where the front desk agent ran to the bed to rip the bedspread off because it was so stained, then she picked up a broken acrylic finger nail off the floor as if I didn't see it. HOLES in curtains. Dirt all over the floor. All furniture broke. All other rooms in the area were booked or I would have left. Worst experience ever. I have photos, but it won't let me upload them here! Grrrrt
