When I got to motel, they told me they gave my room (which I already paid for on Expedia) to someone else and there were no more rooms left. I still haven’t heard back from Expedia about a refund.

Everything good

I didnt like the fact of all the loudness and rudeness of other guests knocking on other people's doors, the plug to the bathtub didnt work.

No complaints, you get what you pay for

It wasn’t the worst place I have stayed. The rooms were clean, bug free, and quiet. The beds were alright. The property was clean

The staff and employees are so very nice, friendly and helpful.

Refusal to Provide Advertised Services Upon arrival, I discovered that the room I had booked and paid for was not available. Instead, I was given a different room that did not meet the specifications outlined during my reservation. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. Roach Infestation and Unsanitary Conditions Additionally, the room was infested with roaches and exhibited unsanitary conditions. The presence of pests is alarming and poses serious health risks. The overall cleanliness of the room was below acceptable standards. Unsafe Balcony and Slip Hazard The balcony attached to my room was unsafe, with loose railings that posed a significant risk of slip and fall accidents. This lack of maintenance is concerning for guest safety. Broken Amenities Moreover, the television in the room was broken, rendering it unusable during my stay. I also encountered plumbing issues that made using the bathroom facilities difficult. Moldy and Broken Mattresses To add to my distress, the mattresses were moldy and broken, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any hospitality service.

It was pleasant

We did not even stay. Returned key within 30 minutes. And Expedia refused to refund our money. We were scheduled to stay for 2 weeks. After driving all day we arrive to walk looked like a Building of Crack Heads. It was disgusting. My 9 year old Autistic son was devastated. They were walking around with knives, hanging around all the pic nic tables. The man at the front desk was sitting on the dtairs holding a crow bar. Thought it only happened on TV. Have never seen anything like it. We were charged a large amount for that. Had to spend another large amount of money for a different hotel. The worst experience of my life staying in many hotels. Never anything close to this.

Our first room had no lock on the door, the tv was off the wall and on a bed, and part of the sink’s plumbing tube was off and on the counter. We switched rooms, the next room smelled awful. We decided to ask for our money back right away and we left to go somewhere else. Horrible experience.

Really horrible experience right off when we arrived there were 2 thin bath towels and we are 3 when we asked for another towel and toilet paper we were informed there may not be enough for everyone. So if you want a hotel room with tp towels and even one soap bar or shampoo you will not get it here…there was plenty of smoking all around our room the dot was bent in and this left a crack for skunk pot stench and bugs to get in the toilet flushed all night long and the sink dripped water all over the floor all day and by the way the floor was filthy… and the shower floor has stuff poking through and people sitting on the stairs made it impossible to pass… just a mess!

Everything was okay and I enjoyed my stay.

Pictures used to advertise hotel are not accurate. Room was outdated, dirty and linens where used. Hairs all over the bathroom and no towels available. Floor was dirty. Pictures speak louder than words.

Worst experience ever. Not worth the price. Trash.

I stayed at this hotel from December 7- December 13th because my son was playing in the Nationals. This was the only hotel that was available at the last minute, and that was located never plant city.. The hotel needs work done but we enjoyed our stay.. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Cheap and you don't get what you pay for. Limited TV and staff no help in getting TV working. No amenities, i.e. coffee service, no microwave (as advertised), one sheet on the bed, dirty shower with baseboard coming apart. Grounds covered in cigarette butts and dog poop.

The room was infested with roaches. The bedding was filthy. The floor was buckled and peeling up. The shower was nasty. There was dirty all over the walls and the door. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving! Also dirty needles in the parking lot and grass!
