This is an old hotel. So the room door was cracked. The tub was dirty. The fridge made a noise all night and there was no soap we had to ask for it. But the restaurant my Lord everything was delicious the staff was amazing the juice was fresh and we paid like $30 with tax and tip. That’s why this place gets 5 stars for me. Plus it is in a very convenient location. There’s a Ross, Walmart, Starbucks, and about a mile down is a mall and the beach.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Elevators are fast and work great. Parking was good. — would suggest more ppl to do check in when its a holiday. Other than this staff was nice and helpful. Great hotel.

The building appears run down. I lived in Hawaii in the 80’s. The garden and the building’s exterior were immaculate back then.
Currently, the Sorabol sign is too big and is an eyesore.
The interior hallways are dark and creepy. The rooms were neat but the bathroom cabinetry and tub are worn out. The window was dirty. I’m sorry for the negative comments but I used to dine there with my family and have returned for sentimental reasons but those attributes are no longer apparent.

Breakfast was not included, you have to pay extra. Parking $33 extra.
In other hand Walmart in two minutes walking distance. 30 minutes walking to the beach.
Good choice if one come for business.

The shower heads are moldy. There’s a weird smell where the dishes are put in. The windows are filthy and dirty…..not clean to see outside the beautiful weather

Spacious room; location near Moana Center; nice lobby, small pool, room was dated. Breakfast costs $5.23 per person - having said that, the breakfast was great. Six choices of made-to-order dishes such as omelettes and pancakes.

Property was basic and outdated. Pool had very limited hours. Hidden "resort" fees and parking was bout $35. You could stay closer to the beach for not much more. Took super long to check in. They only had one staff person (who was great) but the process seemed cumbersome and check in was slow. (Like a half hour with just one person in front of me).
