Front desk staff, check in and check out, were nice and friendly. Room was clean. But 15 minutes in the room, 2 small German roaches popped up, 1 on the TV stand and 1 on the wall. Definitely can't bring our bags inside our home when we arrive, everything's going into wash from outside, bag stays out for a few days. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, it sunk down in the middle, old springs. Before bed, we showered water was nice and hot, in the morning we had to shower with warm water, not hot at all. Thank goodness it was cold outside, because we lost power for at least 30 minutes early morning while asleep, it would be so hot. Not a good stay. Definitely not staying there again.

Walked in and immediately killed a roach on the floor. Paint peeling and cracking, light switch shocked you every time you flipped it. Bathroom caulk was black from lack of cleaning.AC rattled incessantly. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Motel not Hotel…spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else nearby. I stayed in room #207. Looks like handyman remodeling vs professional. Gaps in many places around entry door and many other gaps at floor trim and around fixtures. Only saw one small roach in the bathtub by morning. I did ask at checkin about the pest control after reading many reviews after booking—staff stated they were working with 2 companies to get it under control. Only stayed 1 night—late arrival and early checkout. I booked the room by mistake when comparing two rooms, on two different tabs at hotels.com; my backup plan was to drive back to Tampa after a long day at UCF. I decided to stay at the motel for the night. Evening desk staff was polite and checkin was easy and quick. I did not try the breakfast.

There was no cable. I called the front and they sent out 2 people and couldn’t fix it. The room had a terrible smell and dead bugs. I asked for a new room and was told there were none available. When I called they stated I never contacted the front desk at all to complain. Which was a lie! How would they have sent someone to look at the cable if I didn’t call?

There were cockroaches and ants in the room. It smelled musty, and the air conditioner was very noisy. I felt that my bed had a slight smell of urine. The breakfast was only bagels, cereal, waffles, and coffee, which were not bad, but I have stayed in other places that include eggs as a protein for a complete breakfast. I would suggest that breakfast should be extended by one more hour, until 10 am. 

For the hotel manager's reference, I stayed in room 208 in case the problem is only in that room!

We travel six hours from Georgia to attend an event at the Addition Arena. We checked in at about 430 and left soon after that. Towards 12am the event ended and we entered the room at about 1 o’clock in the morning to find roaches and bugs on the wall that were coming from other rooms through the plastered ceiling and the walls.

Room was completely filthy front desk man was rude. Customer support refused to do anything until we checked out.

It was a horrible experience. Totally unfriendly staff, ugly bathtub, had some insects running around, very loud - thin walls, uncomfortable bed, the lights in the room was not working, no microwave oven anywhere, they advertise "free breakfast". But no fresh food at all and no option to warn anything. When I asked about the microwave, the staff appeared "surprised". I paid more than $100 for one night and this place is not even worth a penny!

There were no blankets on either bed. Husband requested blankets, was told we could have 1, check back next day. I slept in my clothes and jacket, used the 1 blanket and my wool coat for cover. Refrigerator smelled like something died in it. Out of waffle batter next morning about 1 1/2 hours before breakfast ended. Noisy. Dirty. Morning we checked out I turned on water in shower/bathtub, loud, odd noise. No water. Checked sink - no hot water. Husband requested keys to another room so we could shower, was told we were leaving that morning anyhow. He insisted. Room we showered in had blankets on both beds and refrigerator didn't smell, but bathtub faucet was not properly attached to wall and toilet seat not attached well. Requested a partial refund, was told no because we booked through a 3rd party. (Really? You OWN the place, you can make a token effort to provide customer service.) Was told by some woman - not desk clerk, clearly someone with authority to make decisions - that she was ordering blankets. Not sure how that helped us any. Other problems as well. Would NEVER stay here again, would NEVER recommend it.

Great service

It was okay. I just could not understand the person at the front desk. I did not understand why we had to leave a 100 deposit after we already paid.

Not good tv had no tv service. Room smelled moldy cracks in the floor. Very ran down
