Radisson Blu was very accommodating. We really liked that it was connected to the MOA. You just walk through. They had a parking garage that you could park yourself for $24/ night or valet park it for you for $34/night.

I stay at this hotel four times a year for business, and it’s always a pleasure. The staff is incredibly cordial, friendly, and welcoming, which makes each visit feel like a home away from home.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. The food here is absolutely fantastic; I always look forward to the meals during my stay.
This hotel consistently delivers an outstanding experience, and I’m definitely a fan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I loved everything except for the room service the way they did the cleaning was a 2/10 for me honestly they put next to no effort into making the beds and cleaning up it’s the only complain I had staying there otherwise everything else was ok the staff that helped with me checking out was amazing

The pillows were the most uncomfortable, they were flat.The comforter was like a sheet not warm. The layout of the rooms were weird. No microwave in room. When they cleaned the room they did not cleanse the room. They only replaced the towels.

Check in time is listed as 3PM but I was told my room wont be ready until 4:30PM. I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours to check in after an already long 5 hour drive to the hotel.

The art, decor and plethora of unique chairs was super fun. The kids enjoyed the pool. The access to seating and snacks in the Executive lounge was fantastic as was having easy access to the Mall of America. Great place to stay!

It’s a very nice hotel if you’re looking for something affordable and convenient to the mall of America. For the most part there is nothing to complain about regarding the service. The room could have been cleaner, and you can clearly see that the decor is becoming a bit dated and could use a update. However, the convenience of being right at the mall is what makes staying here special.

Good stay. Although I was disappointed in house keeping knocking on our door in the morning and waking us up. Our check out wasn’t until noon and this took place around 9am.
