I stayed at the Sonesta for a convention, and the convention center was easily accessible from the hotel as were restaurants and coffee shops. My room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. The check-in and check-out process was quick and simple. During our stay, staff was very accommodating and always offered a friendly smile. Definitely a great stay!

The room was very cozy, location to the Denver convention center was exactly what I needed. However, it was clear that the bedsheets and blankets had not been washed as there was a large questionable red stain right at the top of the blanket once you fold it back over.

Keurig did not work, but they gave us a free cup of coffee downstairs. Hotel was clean, but the noise outside in Denver is awful. The bar closes way too early on a weekend.

They are doing construction that they did not disclose. They did not honor my booking (with added cost) for the upper floors, but did not refund the added cost. They went into ky room with a DND marker on the door to replace the locking mechanism without asking. I had to have my keys remade 3 times in 2 days with no real explanation, just the inconvenience. Had a gas leak in my room that maintenance confirmed and had to mive rooms my last night. And the alarms did not alert me to the gas, so i am lucky the smell started while i was awake.
