It was my first time staying at this hotel and I like it. It seems that they have done renovations because our room looked dated. The carpet, the floor, the furniture Our room was very clean. Now what I didn’t like it the door has a gap that lets in noise and air from outside. Also even that the furniture was new the drawers keeps opened maybe it needs some adjustments. Also the sink it too tall for the kids. You have to lift them in order to wash their hands and teeth. And lastly the shower head needs some cleaning because the water pressure is very low. The front desk was very friendly when I check in and checked out. I definitely stay again in this property

Didnt like that my key did not work on the last night. I was carrying alot of heavy bags. The front desk said my key was "turned" off after 5 nights, instead of 6.

The property do not accept cash deposit, and requires credit card or a major bank as only for deposits, I can only imagine how many people have gotten turned away

The pool & jacuzzi were out of service. There was no plug on the bathtub. The room smelled musty. A weird guy knocked on my door asking for a lighter or weed.

The room only had one warm blanket . The hot water did not last for 2 let alone 4 showers . Had to allow some time to get warm . The pictures made me believe the rooms were over in person but that was not the case . The cable service was horrible no good movie channels or kid friendly shows. I expected a more comfortable stay .

Whole booking it was said complimentary breakfast available but there isn't any.
No lift/Escalators.. Very difficult for adult.

The room service was not provided for 2 days even after requesting multiple times. The guy on the counter was rude and asked us to carry towels from the reception inst as of sending it to room. Also the sink was leaking and the room had sewer smell. Also the shower did not throw hot water and handle was not proper

The area is near convenience stores and theres a starbucks as well. The water in thr shower could be hotter so management may want to upgrade their hot water tank. The A/C could use an upgrade to because room was kinda hot. Other then that the room was great

Property is going through some renovations which will make it pop sooner than later. The bed I was in needs to be bolted down to the frame. Any time I sat at the foot of the bed, the head side would rise. I wish the property had more than one elevator.

Cheap motel. Not worthy of the Wyndham connection. Pool was not cleaned, gym closed, no breakfast. More akin to a Motel 6 level. One star motel.

Dirty and smells sewer in the room, tub is dirty, AC unit dirty, outdated furnitures, pillows so small. I can’t believe Wyndham management allowing this situation. Price paid totally not worth it. Not coming back.
