The staff mainly serve foreign guests. Discriminate against Vietnamese guests. The hotel is old, dirty, and the hallways are dark. Foreign guests carry luggage and open doors. Vietnamese guests do not have any.

The room was a bit small, the Ngon restaurant staff were unprofessional and gathered together to joke around, a male restaurant staff coughed for many days, there was little toilet paper in the toilet, on the 4th day of stay there was a shortage.

Check in is too slow. The towel was extremely stinking, the door lock of the bad toilet was locked for more than 15 minutes in the toilet in a closed room, banging on the door loudly calling for help but no one noticed while the housekeeper was cleaning the room not far away, the 5-star hotel didn't get it the phone in the toilet. But in return the enthusiastic staff. The design of the faucet is quite inconvenient because it is too indented, every time you wash your face, it is not convenient

Nice rooms, nice location, enthusiastic receptionist always laugh. Everything was quite perfect, until my family came for breakfast. Service time is from 6:30 to 10:30, around 8:30 we come to eat, the dishes are all over, the staff did not fill up, especially the clam shellfish is not peeled off, my husband asked the waiter. replied with sarcasm. Satay put in the whole noodle soup (picture below).
