We had a great stay in this friendly hotel. We were provided free upgrade room and free breakfast although we did not book for it. Overall it was a pleasant stay and memorable one. Our stay falls on the new year Eve and we were invited to the new year party breakfast in the morning (food was delicious and fruits were fresh). I will definitely recommend anyone staying here it is close to all the attractions in the old quarters.

If you book a small room without a window, but then you get a living room with a balcony, we certainly can't accommodate you. And when booking, we also write very clearly and the pictures are very specific. I took a photo and intended to post it here for you and customers to refer to, but traveloka doesn't have the feature to reply with pictures yet so I can't send it back. Accommodation is quite good. We get a discount on room upgrades to be in a room with a balcony. Thus, you can enjoy the scenery around this hotel. The breakfast is quite good and the cleanliness of the room is also quite good. The location is very strategic, the necessary spots are around the hotel area. Such as convenience stores, small stalls and places to eat. For Muslims, near this area there is a mosque and a few choices of halal restaurants to help us when we want to eat halal. Highly recommended. 👍.

Hotel service quality is quite ok! Friendly staff, just need to call and you will be there to help. The only minus point is that the device is a bit old. I do not have to pay any extra costs for food and drink in the room provided by the hotel.

The luxury hotel is located in the center of the old town, so it is very convenient to move. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. There is nothing to complain about. The room is nice and clean, although the air conditioner is a bit old, but it is okay. Will definitely come back later

Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn. Nhân viên chủ động đưa xe máy của tôi đi gửi và sáng ra mang xe lại khách sạn cho tôi, phí gửi rất rẻ có 10k/đêm. Sự nhiệt tình, thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp là ấn tượng của tôi. Phòng ngủ cho hai người nhỏ xinh, tiện nghi, có đủ đồ dùng cơ bản cho khách nghỉ, chăn ga gối nệm sạch sẽ, nhà vệ sinh cũng vậy. Ngoài ra, vị trí của khách sạn khá gần Hồ Gươm, là lựa chọn lý tưởng cho những ai muốn đi bộ ngắm phố cổ Hà Nội. Cảm ơn khách sạn đã cho tôi những trải nghiệm thú vị. Tôi sẽ còn quay lại chỗ này.
