A terrifying experience when staying at this hotel. Everyone who goes to Dalat, don't ever stop here. Story 1: early reservation at 10 o'clock reception was ok. But at 10am when I got a room, the staff said that the guest had not checked out, so I had to call for 12 o'clock to come back until 12 o'clock when I came back, there was still no.
