The staff so helpful. They have lift and the staff help us to bring our luggage The room same like the picture, they even upgraded our room to family room for free. Room and bathroom so clean. Sadly i just spend 1 nights, because i will go to Sapa Highly recommended!!

We checked in at 7pm, stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist asked us to move another hotel due to some issues with the room but without inform in advance, and of course we know it 's not true, they just reserved our room for other guests as it 's really common here. The replacement hotel is so dirty and old, not matched with our booking at all. Next day they moved us back to their hotel, room OK and as same as photo. Summary, we are not happy and ready disappointed hotel service.

The location is still in the middle of the city, and close to tourist attractions. The receptionist is friendly. The room is also nice because it seems newly renovated and not expensive. It's just that maybe it's under renovation so the hallway is a bit messy, there are also construction sounds during the day, it's not really a problem because I rest at night. Oh yeah, the walls are not soundproof so sounds from the next room can be heard, it's natural because it's newly renovated. Overall, I like this hotel. If I go to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again.

The Lobby was filled with used stuff and no proper place to sit. The room was smelly, some part of floor was chapped, it looks different from the photos provided. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos to prove the condition of the hotel.

Tuy nhiên, phòng ở không lý tưởng như mình nghĩ: phòng khá cũ, cửa nhà vệ sinh bị kẹt khó đóng mở, vòi tắm không chỉnh được độ lên xuống, chỗ tắm không có kệ để sữa tắm các kiểu, vòi xịt vệ sinh thì mạnh rát. Mà khách sạn đang sửa chữa nên hy vọng tình hình sẽ khả quan hơn trong lần ở tới. Xin cám ơn!
