The staff is very enthusiastic. The room is clean and beautiful. The toilet is clean and has enough amenities. The wifi quality in the room should be improved because it is unstable (can upgrade the signal booster, or add a Lan socket). The toilet should have a mirror light added.

Khách sạn cơ bản, nơi sạch sẽ với tiện nghi vừa đủ để ngả lưng sau chuyến đi dài. Phòng buffet nhỏ, ít món và không gian ngồi không thoải mái do khách sạn cho ngồi bàn tròn 10 người, phải ngồi cùng với người lạ. Tuy nhiên trong buffet sáng có món lươn rất ngon, nên thử món ăn này tại khách sạn.

Đồ ăn sáng ít món, nhiều món còn bị thiu hỏng đoàn vừa ăn xong đã đau bụng ngô luộc có mùi thiu, nhớt nhắc nhân viên nhưng không ai giải quyết. Phòng bẩn nhận phòng lúc 7h tối nhưng sàn vệ sinh vẫn ướt, trong vệ sinh còn đầu tàn thuốc lá

Khách sạn cũ bẩn đến nơi nhận phòng còn thấy điếu thuốc lá trong nhà vệ sinh, sàn vệ sinh ướt mặc dù lúc mình check in là 7h tối. Ăn sáng buffet có ngô luộc mà thiu nhớt nhắc nhân viên họ cũng kệ.

Breakfast ok. The room is large compared to other Muong Thanh hotels in Vinh but the interior is quite old. The location is also not beautiful, near many hospitals, not suitable for travel because it is far from the center. Farthest from the center compared to other Muong Thanh. The lobby is very small, not looking like a Hotel lobby but more like a VP lobby. Quite shocking when it first arrived. In return, the room is large. Breakfast ok. That's all.
