Good service, staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is a bit old but quite clean. The downside is that the soundproofing is not good so the sound of opening and closing doors and talking in the hallway can be heard very clearly.

Khách sạn mọi thứ đều oke nhưng đêm ngày 17/02/2024 có mở nhạc hội nghị khá to và tôi không được báo trước nên cũng khá phiền trong quá trình xử lý công việc của tôi. Đề nghị khách sạn cần trao đổi trước với khách hàng để tránh trường hợp tương tự xảy ra. Còn lại mọi thứ với tôi đều oke nhé. Tks

- Tôi đặt 2 phòng. Một phòng 3 giường đơn và một phòng 2 giường đơn. Tôi đã gọi cho lễ tân kháchsạn từ tối 01/02/22 để nhắc chuẩn bị phòng cũng như xác nhận lại thông tin.Tuy nhiên khi đến kháchsạn là 02/02 lễ tân vẫn chỉ bảo có 1 phòng. Tôi không rõ đây là nhầm lẫn do khách sạn hay ứng dụng app- Mường Thanh Thanh Niên Vinh là Mường Thanh lần đầu tiên tôi nghỉ tại Vinh, tôi đã nghỉ ở tất cả tất cả các Mường Thanh (tại thànhphố Vinh) thì tôi cảm nhận Mường Thanh Thanh Niên Vinh là nơi kiém nhất trong hệ thống.kém từ dịch vụ đến cơ sở vật chất.!

Dear Mr Tri. The hotel system does not open for sale 1 bed room, but only sells 2 single bed rooms for 02 people. In Bk sent to the hotel, the superior room class is also specified for 2 people. Thank Mr Tri for the review and if next time you want to change to a 01 bed room, you can request directly at the front desk if the hotel still has 1 bed room. Best regards.

My room had cockroaches, used furniture, dirty towels, blankets and stains. After requesting a change of room, the new room will still be dirty. Power outlet switch is loose. The hotel is very old. I left the money in the room and lost 1 million. When told the receptionist, it is said that personal items must be preserved by themselves? And did not check in with the room but only blamed the guests. If the money in the room is also lost, why not tell the guests first not to leave anything valuable in the room to remember to carry because no one is responsible?
