Locate very near the city center, can walk to Ben Thanh market and Nguyen Hue walking street in a few mins. Nice staff, supportive. Very affordable price. I will come back.

When I arrived, I didn't know where to park my car. I asked the receptionist and found out that I parked my car on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. When I arrived, there was no security guard. When I got there, there was one when I got back. The reception area was small and a bit stuffy, but I didn't stay there for long so it was okay. The elevator was big enough for 4 people. The room was great, always clean and fragrant. There was a kettle and disposable items. I found the price very suitable for the quality.

The water doesn't flow. Can't take a bath. I told the receptionist to come up and they said the hot water heater and the cold water faucet were broken. The maintenance guy came but just said something fancy to make the guest sympathize. I'm pretty sure the water didn't flow all day. What can you do if you don't have water to take a bath? You can only turn on the water at the sink faucet. You take money from the guest but don't have any service. The entire hotel doesn't have a single piece of tissue. So what's the point of having a tissue box when there's no tissue. Too bad.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos in the hotel, because we only stayed one night before returning to Indonesia. The hotel room was small, and the facilities needed to be upgraded. But for cleanliness and comfort, everything was perfect, worth the price. The location is also very strategic, super close to Benh Thanh Market.

I have stayed here before so I came back but the experience was not as good as last time. Talking about the plus points first, the location is beautiful right in the center, you can walk to many delicious places and near Bui Vien. The staff is friendly and professional, both times I stayed they let me check in early without extra charge. The 2-bed room is spacious, comfortable and has a very chill street view. However, the 1-bed room is the opposite, old, ugly, the air conditioner leaks water very badly, the 1-bed room with window still has to go up 1 floor. The elevator has a very pungent and unpleasant smell to the point of nausea. I hope the hotel improves.

Tempatnya sangat strategis karena di District 1, jadi dekat dengan Benh Than Market, pusat belanja, dan cafe-cafe. Ruang kamar bersih dan kasur empuk. AC berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar mandi bersih dan lengkap dengan sabun & shampoo.

1 phòng chỉ có 2 khăn tắm nhưng rất bẩn, xin thêm khăn tắm thì khách sạn bảo chưa giặt kịp 😀 Không có khăn mặt. Tivi kh có remote vì khách sạn bảo hư remote. Sẽ không quay lại.

Khách sạn không có chỗ giữ xe, không có bảo vệ khi được hỏi thì Nhân Viên Nam nói sử dụng chung Bảo vệ với kế bên nhưng không thấy ai. Không biết để xe ở đâu Nhân viên cũng không ra hướng dẫn. Sáng xuống thấy xe xếp rất sát không lấy ra được rất khó chịu. Nhân viên Nam buổi tối rất kém nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ khách

Phòng khá nhỏ, cảm nhận ban đầu khá sạch sẽ, không có welcome drink, ban đầu không ấm đun nước, phải hỏi thì mới có, dọn phòng không được thường xuyên lắm, giá phòng khá cao so với những gì khách sạn cung cấp
