Sun City Hotel, the hotel changed the Standard room to a Sea view room. It might be because we booked on Monday, there were not many guests. The room was spacious, the location of the accommodation was very good, close to the sea, near the shopping market, easy to find food. The lobster source is behind Novotel Hotel, but you might meet some staffs with a grumpy face. There is a luggage scale. But what I was not impressed with was the blanket. The fabric was thin, more like a bed sheet than a blanket. There was no stuffing inside the blanket. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in small bottles. For 3 people, only one set was provided, not enough. We had to ask for more. The room rate was very cheap. 2 nights for 3 people, less than 1,000 baht.

The parking lot was announced in advance that there were only 2 spaces, whoever comes first will get to park, but when our family drove into the lot, it was ok. 30 minutes later, the hotel announced that the parking lot was only for long-term guests, other services were ok.

The room is very close to the beach and there are many restaurants around. The location is very central. Compared to the price, I think it's cheap. The room's soundproofing is not very good.

Location is close to Tran Phu street, 5 minutes walk from the exit. The hotel is located on Ton Dan street but is actually an alley and has no car parking space (800m away, fee 60k/night). Opposite the hotel there are many eateries. Booked a room because the apps ran last minute flashsale but were completely disappointed. The bedroom and bathroom are damp, I wonder if they will be cleaned before new guests come in. But I only slept for 1 night so it was ok. At night, I completely lost sleep due to being bitten by bedbugs and the itching was unbearable. This is the first time I've encountered a case where Traveloka offers such a boring deal!

The staff and service are quite good and professional, laundry service is available in the hotel, a little more expensive than outside. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels and toiletries are changed regularly. However, because I didn't pay attention when booking the room, I booked a room on the 2nd floor, with no windows and no view, so it was quite cramped and uncomfortable. I booked a 2-day stay, the first day was quite busy, but the second day there were guests in the next room, the soundproofing was not very good, so it was chaotic all afternoon, making it difficult to rest. Everyone should note that when booking a room, choose a room with a view. By the way, the hotel is in a dead end so if you book a car you often have to walk to the entrance of the alley yourself, the car cannot pick you up at the door.

Close to Tram Huong Tower, quick and easy access to the beach. The room for my husband and I was neat, clean, and fully equipped. The hotel also supported us to check in before 12 noon. Thank you Sun City Hotel for giving my husband and I a memorable and pleasant experience. Next time I come to NT, I will book here again 🥰

Everything is quite satisfactory for the price of 400k/night for a room with 2 beds, 3 adults, 1 child. The only problem is that the ceiling is low so it feels a bit stuffy. The refrigerator is broken so it can't be used 😭
