The receptionists are lovely. I came here for the second time because of the memorable memories with the hotel owner. Her warm voice and hospitality made me feel very close - something that is rarely seen in other hotels in the central districts of Da Lat.

The morning receptionist was great and supported early check-in. The first room checked in was dirty. When I complained, the afternoon receptionist said to check later. I had to complain to Traveloka to get a higher, cleaner room.

Location near the market, convenient, spacious room, booking on the app with a good price is quite ok. However, there are some small problems such as there is a room cleaning service but it seems to only clean, not change the sheets because the stains on the old sheets from before are still there even after 3 days; I went at the time when the hotel next door was under repair so there was a loud drilling noise from 7am to afternoon😅 but overall it is suitable for the price and ok

The owner and staff are enthusiastic. If there is a room, they will let us check in early. We were able to check in at 8:30. If we stay for 2 days, the bed sheets will be changed and the room cleaned. The hotel's location is convenient for going to the center or traveling. If we have the chance, we will come back. Thank you.

Room ok but soundproofing is a bit poor, can clearly hear construction work, chiseling noise, weak wifi, will come back because the staff is cute, friendly, enthusiastic, especially the girl wearing a black life jacket

Cheap hotel. Right in the center, friendly staff. But my room was full of ants. As soon as I got in, I saw ants on the bed. The toilet was a bit leaky, no toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, I was satisfied.
