I had a quite satisfactory 4-night experience at the hotel. The room is very comfortable for the price, with a desk and 2 comfortable chairs, a hair dryer, electric kettle, fan, refrigerator, and basic personal items in the room. I really like it because the bed sheets and towels are washed clean and have a light disinfectant smell. The bathroom is small but also very clean. The receptionists and 2 security guards are friendly and enthusiastic, but if you come in and out late at night, it's a bit embarrassing because there will be a pretty loud alarm 😅 In addition, I stayed in a room on the 4th floor and at the end of the right row, I don't know if rooms in other areas are affected, but there will be equipment running outside that is extremely noisy and vibrates the floor inside, along with the air conditioner being a bit loud, this point alone quite affects me because I'm a bit sensitive to noise. Otherwise, my whole experience here was very good, I still recommend everyone to choose it, because the hotel is relatively close to Bac My An beach or Bien Dong park, also right on the other side of Han River bridge so it is quite convenient to travel. If I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, I will stop here again.

Double room but the WC glass door is opaque, it's very uncomfortable to go with a group of friends because you can see the actions of people going to the WC. There is only 1 receptionist, when checking in you have to wait for a long time because the receptionist is nowhere to be seen.

The room was very smelly (shrimp paste to be exact). The air-con was not in a good condition. I had to turn on the fan also. The male staff was uncomfortable. Even though he supported us with some discomfort but his attitude was discomfort.

Old, dilapidated room. The air conditioner is not cool at all. The room was secretive so my family had a sleepless night. The hotel does not support room changes. Complained to the receptionist who only looked and did not react. Never been to a hotel and had to run quickly

It was hot but the power outage in the room took nearly 30 minutes to resolve it. My baby was young and lost power all night, which was very inconvenient. The room's soundproofing is poor, you can even hear the whispering from the next room. The toilet is both old and dirty. It's also very hot on the first floor. The only plus point is the female receptionist, very cheerful and friendly

The swimming pool is small but very chill. The room is nice and quite clean, however the cleaning staff still left a few strands of hair. When I came back from the beach, I asked to clean the room but there was still sand on the bed... so the staff didn't change the sheets?? And the soundproofing is poor so it's a bit noisy + room 503 should fix the door because it makes a loud noise when opened.
