This hotel was so fantastic, receptionists were lovely and welcome drink that was hot local tea was so nice. Certainly, location was in the centre and there was the big restaurant in front of the hotel, if you have no idea to find meal, choose it. It was quite nice.

clean hotel + enthusiastic receptionist + I stayed for only 1 day and slept from check-in to check-out.. even though the hotel is less than 2 minutes walk from Hoa Binh area.. 10 VND hotel.. if you need anything, the receptionist and the staff will support you..

The room was as pictured when booking. However, the shower water in P201, where my family stayed, was very unpleasant. Sometimes it was steaming hot, sometimes it was as cold as ice. In short, the water was unstable, so every time I took a shower it was very difficult and took a lot of time; in addition, the shower water was extremely weak. I really hope the hotel will fix this situation so that the next guests will not encounter this problem.

The hotel location is reasonable, the staff are very cute and enthusiastic, but the facilities are too degraded and need to be improved: specifically the elevator, the noise is too loud when moving, old colored bedding and pillows. tight, torn and flat, the sink water drains too slowly.

Coming and staying at this hotel for my family was a very good decision~ the hotel is located in the center, very close to the market, it's convenient to go anywhere, the important thing is the room is spacious and clean, it's very enjoyable to stay. especially with young children!! If given the chance, my family would still choose this place!! He even silently gave you a birthday cake and a nice card when he found out it was your birthday that day!! so thoughtful!!

Tất cả mọi thứ đều ổn ngoại trừ màn rèm cửa, màn rèm rất bẩn, bám đầy bụi và mùi trên màn rèm rất hôi, màn rèm này chắc là rất lâu rồi không được giặt giũ. Mong là bạn quản lý khách sạn cho giặt giũ lại màn để được sạch sẽ thơm tho😊

The hotel is very close to the market, professional service staff 5 star standard, I check in at 2am staff support quick procedures, bellman enthusiastically brought luggage up to my room and opened the door for guests to come in and out, daily housekeeping available. I had 3 nights and thought it was very comfortable and will definitely come back. Highly recommend everyone to book a hotel here!

We booked for 2 nights and everything was good until last day for check out they are very strict and it take a lot of time to check out you need to prepare the time for that. We use purple shampoo and it dropped on towel they thought we make the towel dirty and have to pay the fee. That I never see any hotel check that very detailed but we need to wash for them to prove that it can wash. We almost missed the flight. But the location is good and No AC in the room that what we just know when we arrived anyway it was cold at night.
