The room is tiny and stuffy like a motel. The mattress is hard, the equipment is basic but the price is ridiculous. They only focus on the price, but the service and quality are crap.

The mattress does not remove the plastic sheet, so it is hard and not smooth, the pillow is very small and uncomfortable for everyone, the brush is hard, so if you are here, bring your brush to use for inconvenience ok

The room is poorly soundproof and the room is not clean. I was arranged in room 102 (1st floor), next to the stairs. The other side is probably the bathroom of room 101, so every time that party uses it, we can hear it. Not to mention that, late at night, the guests in the other room make noise, making me sleepless. There is hardly any night when it comes to falling asleep because of the noise. Regarding the room is not clean, I can consider it because I am careful. The toilet is still garbage and the smell of beer is still strong from previous visitors. The drawers, shelves, and niches inside are stuck with dust. But maybe because the price I set is at a low level, maybe the room is not better than the hotel. In addition, I was also supported by the hotel to change the booking date, because I personally booked the wrong date.

Through inspection, I found that I book a basement room (Basement) with a cheap room class of ~ 100k / night. The information about the room next to me has checked carefully and ranked correctly for me. Because it is a cheap class, it may be a bit inconvenient but the room is still the same picture.

With that price, the accommodation is acceptable. The downside is that it is a bit far from the center if walking and narrow paths if traveling by 29 seats or more. If you have your own car or motorbike, that's fine

Hello Ms. Thuy,
Thank you for choosing and spending time sharing your experiences about Uyen Phuong Hotel.
Through testing, I found that I booked a standard room, all the standard room types are the same in terms of facilities and as on the picture I have booked.
However, because Da Lat's terrain was mostly sloping, most hotel owners took advantage of it to build down the slope.
Although it is called the basement, there are still skylights, light and airy atmosphere.
Hope the next time will be more attentive service.
