The staff was really friendly and accommodating. She’s such a great specialist to take us went through the coffee experience. Her name is Nisa and she’s amazing in explaining everything regarding our itinerary.

keren banget, masnya knowledgable dan free drink juga. fyi kalau beli minum disitu harganya ya sama aja segitu juga jadi mending ini dapat pengetahuan dan dapat free drink juga. free drinknya juga yg cuma ada di starbucks dewata. keren. Itu tulisannya 30 menit tapi sampe 1 jam karna aku banyak nanya kayanya. hehe

Pengalaman baru yang di dapat dari bali!!! Jadi kalau ke bali ga cuma cari alam yang indah, tapi cari kopi yg enak + tempat bagus 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁

The experience was great and value for money. It was a fun lesson to be able to talk about coffee and practice multiple times without much hurry. I'd thought that the price was steep initially but it came with a bag of beans and an apron. Furthermore, it was a 1:1 lesson since there were no other participants :)

One of the most enjoyable thing to do for coffee lovers! Saya pencinta kopi yang ga ngerti-ngerti amat kopi, jadi tertarik banget pas browse activity di Bali ada yg berhubungan sama kopi. Awalnya mau pilih paket espresso dan latte art, tapi dari traveloka entah kenapa ga bisa (menurut appnya katanya uda full booked). Jd aku pilih aja coffee and food pairing. Eeh ternyata kak Henzo (fasilitator sekaligus barista di sana) bilang kita bisa langsung aja dateng ke Starbucks Reserve Dewata buat pilih paket experience yang diinginkan. I'll save that for next time kalau gitu hehe. Awal-awal experience dibawa tur singkat mengenai kopi, mengenai coffee shopnya (yang gede dan bagus banget), trus lanjut untuk coffee tasting and food pairing deh. Kak Henzo sangat helpful dan knowledgeable, jd asik banget sharing-sharing dan tanya-tanya. Karena kebetulan aku cuma sendiri, takutnya agak awkward; ternyata malah asik banget, jadi bisa tanya-tanya lebih dalem. Next pasti bakal coba yang basic espresso sama latte art! Trims ya sbux & kak Henzo!

Semua baristanya sangat knowledgeable dan melayani tamu dgn baik. Menu-menu di sini tidak bisa ditemukan di Starbucks lain, jadi makin istimewa. Dari experience yg saya pilih ini, dapat 3 beverages dari tiap bar dan semuanya enak. Tapi krn kami 5 orang x 3 beverages total dapat 15 coffee kebanyakan juga sih 🙈😁

Experience yang sangat menyenangkan! Disini bener-bener pulang dapet pengetahuan baru. Baristanya juga sangat ramah, sabar banget ngajarin saya yang pemula. Pokoknya sooo good!

It was a pleasant experience to join a 90-min latte art and espresso basic class in Starbucks Dewata Bali. The place was cozy, artistic, and a combination of art and technology. The session continued even though I was the only participant on that day, and the tutor was Mas Qohiro. I'm a beginner in coffee thingy, know next to nothing, and was planning to fill in my vacation in Bali for something new. I never expected that I would spend 90 minutes on a fruitful and meaningful session. Mas Qohiro was a great facilitator, and he explained everything about coffee and Starbucks comprehensively in a fun way. I learned much about coffee from the production process until the serving stage and basic sensory evaluation. I highly recommend those who come to Bali to visit and enjoy the experience at the largest Starbucks store in Southeast Asia. Just be ready to sip lots of cups of coffee, but don't worry because you can take away the six coffee beverages you made as well. Thanks a bunch, Mas Qohiro. I hope your dreams of having a roastery site in Indonesia and leading the roastery site will come true!

Suka sekali dengan Dewata Coffee Experience. Kita diguide sama Qohiro, benar-benar pengalaman baru yang seru dan nambah knowledge karena dijelaskan tentang kopi mulai dari proses penanaman (yes ada pohon kopinya!) sampai dengan brewing kopi. Qohiro menjelaskan dengan detail, jelas, ramah sekali. Plus kita dapat 1 free drink/person. Selesai tour, kita lanjutkan dengan work from Bali karena tempatnya comfy dan cantik

Deana menjadi tour guide yang ramah, friendly, dan bersemangat; walau hanya 1 orang yg ikut tour (serasa private tour). Barista Henzo sigap banget melayani dan saya lihat melayani customer lain dengan sabar juga. Barista Boby juga nggak kalah ramahnya, menyajikan syphon coffee bukan hanya untuk kenikmatan indera pengecap, namun juga jadi semacam little entertainment buat penikmatnya. Semuanya kompak dan keren!

Traveloka did oversell this exp with Coffee Classes. The description stated that there will be a coffee-making class, but the reality there isn't. But the tour is great. I got a lot of insight.

Hmmm.. It might be me whom not read the description or misleading when read the voucher description. It does says Starbuck Tour and Classes, I thought Tour AND Class have been included in the voucher price.. as the only voucher seen or we can choose is only 1. So Starbuck needs to clearly stated what we get when we buy that particular item. As the review I read, all talk about Latte Art and Food Pairing, none reviewing of this (regular) store tour. hahahaha bit funny though.. with @60K should I expect more? I can enjoy the tour and our tour leader, Dhika was quite informative, thank you. So with the 60K, what you get is welcome drink (unique tea with fruity flavour) + 30 min tour to the store. Thatz it... Wish next time I can join the food pairing class.
