Have been 3 times to Luxor and this hotel is the best. Amazing staff, lovely Nile view room, great swimming pool and perfect location for everything touristic. Room lovely with great bed, fridge, Nile balcony with chairs, good hot water and great TV. Even perfect for watching the balloons take off at sunrise from your room

I came late 3 days because some delete in Aswan , but the manger of the hotel understood my situation, and let me stay my booking 3 dayes without another charge , even they have the right to charge me for new booking . Very nice welcoming , they save my trip Lots of thanks to manger of the reception

We notified the desk that we were arriving early and asked if we could have an earlier checkin. The hotel did not seem the least bit busy. At 1pm, the desk said our room would be ready in 40 min. We checked against 2, at 3 we were finally shown to our room, which was still being cleaned. The flors has just been mopped and we’re still very wet. The entire place could use a refresh and serious cleaning.

this property has seen better days. the pool area is great and well situated. the breakfast buffet was large and covered a full range of eating preferences. and the staff were super helpful and very nice. but, overall, we found the place to be a little tired and dated, particularly the rooms. for the cost, we could have spent a little more to get something nicer, or less to stay in a more budget oriented place.

Très bon hôtel, emplacement top, vue sur le Nil à proximité des musées et des et les temples. Pas loin aussi du souk. Literie confortable chambre spacieuse et personnel vraiment serviable et sympa.

チェックイン後に部屋にタオルが備え付けられておらず、改めてタオルを依頼しても届くのに30分ほど掛かりました。また、ティースプーンも同様です。また、Wi-Fiはバウチャーコードが必要なのにそのことについて一切の説明もなく、コードを要求してもしても1つしか与えられなかったです。コードはひとつあたり１端末にしか使えないので、我々が2人で滞在していることに対するサービスとしては不適切です。また、ネットに上がっている写真と実際の様子は大きく異なっていました。立地は良いですが、値段に見合う価値は感じられないホテルでした。

The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were in poor condition. Most concerning, the sheets and bedding did not appear to be clean, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to this basic standard. I hope management takes steps to improve the hygiene and overall upkeep of the rooms for future guests.

Lovely hotel with great service. Only minus that in our room water pressure were quaite poor, so shower wasnt very pleasing. Otherwise very happy and breakfast was very good!

Plus: Great location directly at Luxor Corniche und walking distance to town center and Karnak temple. Very good breakfast buffet und tasty dinner options. Very attentive and friendly staff ! Minus: From foreigner perspective worn out bathroom equipment, dirty curtains and slow internet connection with many outages.

This is a hotel with a good location but average facilities. We booked 2 rooms of 30 square meters, but the size difference was obvious. There was no bathtub as marked. We suspected that the room was downgraded. We booked a view of the Nile River, but it was only a side view, which was very average. And the sunshine time was very short. At night, there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars around, and the windows were not soundproof at all.
