Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, an IHG Hotel

Lovely luxurious feeling in the room. Plenty of nice products to use. Good coffee & pastries served in the foyer. Scanned room key for the lift which reduced touching public surfaces. Convenient to Town Hall & Darling Harbour. Car park - was tricky to find the entry. Time of arrival and departure were adjusted to suit our purpose but was billed incorrectly & I had to request a change in the charges. Was parked for about 23 hours and was going to be charged $155! Actual fee was $65.

Great location, great sized rooms, recently updated and modern. Excellent value.

The room was clean, well-appointed, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The staff were a standout feature of my stay—always pleasant, approachable, and willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience. Whether you're in Sydney for business or leisure, the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour offers a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming stay. I'll definitely consider returning for my next trip to the city.

Overall it was a nice stay for me and my family. Everything at the hotel was decent and the rooms were alright. The main highlight of the hotel would be its spot right in the city making everything accessible just by walking etc. shopping, dining and scenic spots.

Absolutely amazing staff especially Carlos. Fabulous location, safe and so accessible to transport.

The place was amazing, was very clean and tidy. Both my bf and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to dropped our bags off early and kept our bags even after check out as our flight was later in the afternoon. Overall, a great place to stay at and it’s near the city so it was very convenient.

The staff are very friendly, accommodating & helpful specially in giving directions. All the people at the front desk are awesome most special Nat, Candy, Cecilia. I asked to have our room change closer to the elevator & had no problem. Breakfast was the best, very good choices & very delicious. Room huge & lots of spaces for our toiletries.
