Good location. Close to restaurants and boats. Staff was not real helpful. Property was a bit worn.

Lovely large clean rooms. Close to towns and wharfs.

Organised and paid in full for my stay, wedding anniversary. Asked for: flowers, bottle of wine and a plate of fruit/cheese etc. Paid for the flowers and reception said they would like to gift us the wine and fruit/cheese to celebrate our anniversary, I graciously accepted. On arrival, beautiful flowers there, however, wine and fruit/cheese wasn’t. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge, I stupidly opened it. We decided to go out and get something to have with the wine, when we returned there was a bottle of wine in a bucket and a lack lustre plate of fruit. I opened the wrong bottle of wine, the one in the fridge was the expensive one. If I had waited or asked I could have avoided this mistake and probably gotten the fruit/cheese plate that I wanted as well. I didn’t want to be a bother to anyone and honestly, I didn’t think I had to as this is supposed to be one of Cairns premiere establishments. I had gone to lengths to find out if what I wanted was possible or not, paying in full for the accommodation and added extras. I was always prepared to pay for any extras or any mistakes I made. The shower has a freezing cold stone seat that the water can’t heat, there were almost no toiletries, no shampoo, the double bed was two singles that kept separating in two. Scrambled eggs were tough/overcooked and bacon was dry. It was like breakfast was pre cooked, like a buffet? Staff are excellent, wonderful! Accommodation/breakfast was not worth the money this time.

Located in a great location. Easy access to the warf, restaurants and the beach.

Zimmer zur Straße hin (mit den lärmenden Casino-Gästen nach der Schließung) etwas laut. Betten sehr gemütlich und gutes Frühstück. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Boot.

Our aircon in our room wasn't working properly and we had to change rooms, but of a hassle considering we were only staying 2 nights they gave us a bottle of champagne and water...though a cheese player would have been nice... when I checked out they said they under charged me, you would think the hassle they would have waived it

Good place for going shopping, accessing the port. The room was nicely cleaned although, indeed, hotel seemed to be old. It was totaly satisfied for their services.

We only had an overnight stay but we’re very pleased with the Pullman Reef. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful when I need a shoe repair (Crazy glue to the rescue!). The room was spacious and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

The corner room was amazing possibly 1,000 sq feet or more. Beautiful view of the park and waterway. Breakfast restaurant was ok but definitely not 4 or 5 star. Casino is connected.

Overall I was very happy with the hotel during both of my stays. My room last night had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, the hotel saw fit to close the pool for a week, and work was being performed outside and below me

Absolutely incredible. The cruise ship is literally across the street. Lots of dining options. Our room was very large and updated. Best bang for your bucks.

カジノがあるホテルなので夜中12時～2時ぐらいに帰り客が外で騒いでいたり部屋に帰ってきてから大声で会話していて喧しくて起きた。

Amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was the best we've ever had for a free breakfast. The bathrooms in the room were great; separate "room" for the toilet. Hotel is easy walk to the harbor. We loved everything about this hotel. Would stay again and highly recommend.
