The staff are not friendly. Dinning requires booking and never imagine they accommodate you for dining and spa. Spa staffs are rude

The moment we checked into our room the door to the bedroom completely came off the hinges. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it but no one came. We called again, same response. When I checked out I explained the situation again and she just said sorry and we won’t charge you for it but then we got a call from the hotel saying they were going to charge us for the door. The door was broken when we arrived and a safety hazard to our two year old the entire stay and now we have to pay extra for this crap?

Great location

Check in was not good. The girl at the desk didn’t take the time to advise us of the amenities, like the gym or pool. Their website doesn’t comment a great deal on the amenities either. I had booked a room several months in advance, I they ended up giving us a room way down at the other end which we had to drive to. We had to take our bags back to the vehicle from the lobby and drive to the other end. The rooms have paper thin walls. So they are super noisy at night. One night we were up until 2am because of the noise in the room beside us. The room was very dated and had a dorm feeling. The spa was as great, however. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was great as well. I will definitely go back to the spa; but I’ll look for other accommodation.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort. We were checked in late past the standard 4 PM time, despite booking a two-bedroom suite in advance. The room was poorly prepared with not enough towels, a clogged sink, and a leaking bathroom, which damaged our personal items. There were no plates or utensils in either kitchen, later found uncleaned in the dishwasher, and the washing machine left our clothes blotchy. The most misleading issue was the spa amenities. The booking images prominently featured spa facilities like hot tubs and an aquatic path, but they were not included and closed shortly after check-in, making it impossible for our one-night stay. Staff gave vague responses about the spa and showed no accountability when I addressed my concerns. Management failed to follow up despite multiple promises, and staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I returned in person. This stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this resort due to its misleading advertising, poor service, and lack of professionalism.

Great Service and Restaurant!

My only complaint is that the sites door between my room and the adjoining room was not sound proof at all! I could hear every word of quiet conversation from the other side. Other than that, it was fantastic! We loved the pool, and the outdoor hot tub was a bonus!

It was a great experience overall! The suite was clean and new! Everything was in an excellent condition and the swimming pool and the hot tubs were so fun to use! It felt like home!

My family and I booked two non-refundable rooms via Expedia at 2:00 pm for that evening (January 1st 2025). The Expedia review did not have any information that was particularly concerning to us; however, on our drive to there we found several credible Google reviews (recent - 3 days prior- and with photos) indicating that the hotel has an unaddressed bug bed problem. I have booked many hotels and trips through Expedia and it is concerning to me that Expedia would advertise a property with a health and safety concern. We knew that we would not stay there and given that we had just booked the resort less than 5 hours before, we called Expedia to request a refund. Expedia kept us on the line while they spoke to management who indicated that they would not offer a refund. I attended the hotel that evening to speak to management myself. The woman at the front desk indicated that there was no manager on the property (hard to believe on such a busy night) and told me to call the reservation number. When I called at 7:00 pm, I discovered that the office was not open past 5 pm ( not shared by the hotel employee). I left a voicemail and emailed the reservation office that evening and have not received a response. I would have hoped that given the recent bedbug review and the fact that we had only booked 4-5 hours prior (causing no substantial loss to the hotel) the hotel would have refunded the amount OR at the very least had the professionalism to address my communications.

First time at the resort and found it conveniently located to food, shops and the village. Loved the amenities and our room was new, clean and extremely spacious. Have already booked our next visit this summer.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with dining kitchen and living room. We truly enjoyed our stay. Well priced. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

I like room was large enough and included kitchen with all kitchenware and balcony. Bed was comfortable and linen was good quality. Large parking area. Good location. Cleanness to be improved in hotel public areas and in general public areas and room condition looks shabby and wants upgrading. You can hear your neighbours and that’s disturbing.
