My only issue was they had no plain coffee for the rooms. Coffee packs was flavoured with cinnamon, sorry don’t like flavoured coffee.

Beautiful hotel! Really enjoyed our stay. I have to give special mention to the housekeeping staff. They’re so friendly and very appreciative of a friendly face and a small tip ☺️

We especially enjoyed how easy it was to check in and out, but having two restaurants inside the building was also nice.

Would not stay in this property. The hotel was noisy. Woken up in the evening and early in the morning. Bed was not comfortable The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. The night before check out I saw two different bugs in the bathroom. Not nice!

Very upset with the cleanness, wasnt cleaned found a pair underwear belong to someone that stayed there was suppose to have a day bed and it didn't we could of moved to any room went and looked at it before moving in it was worse then why we had i think they need to step up and check their rooms before anyone mobr in and get their cleaning ladies to do their work what they are hired to do Sandman was a beautiful hotel the gentleman that was cleaning the lobby etc had it sparkling

This hotel left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was unappealing and lacklustre. The pool was tiny and not a chair existed and there was nowhere to put your towel and belongings. A positive was that there was a hitting. The elevators were slow, and it was confusing if you needed to use your card to operate (which you didn’t). The room was small and there was no bar fridge it microwave which seems like a standard now. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.
