As soon as i entered i was made to feel so welcomed. The staff on duty was friendly and gave me so many options to pay. Never judged me and smiled the whole time. She was amazing.
The room was so clean and the beds were amazing comfortable. Very quiet all night with just one truck revving its engine on our last night.

I recently stayed in a pet-friendly room at this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While the room appeared clean at first glance, with well-vacuumed carpets and wiped-down surfaces, the persistent bad odor was impossible to ignore. There were also noticeable wet spots scattered across the floor, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. The bed and linens were thankfully clean and well-maintained, but the smell and dampness overshadowed any positives.

We asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like stale smoke. They did give us another room, which did not have a working air conditioner and the fridge was very noisy. The beds were comfortable to sleep in.

Room was super clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy.
The bathroom could use some updating. Had to flush the toilet twice to get toilet paper down and it looked like it had seen better days.
I did not explore the rest of the hotel but the lobby looked nice as well.
I was only there for 1 night and check-out was a breeze, took only about a minute.
If you are looking for an affordable option close to Edmonton I would absolutely recommend Stony Plain Inn & Suites!
