We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We booked a Suite for us, and our friends had a Suite too. This is such a beautiful hotel within a small town, surrounded by nature. Our son loved the animals encounter, and the car raising there. The food was so incredible fresh and delicious. We loved their local noodles soup with pork skins... it is something that we will miss. Also, their fruits were all amazing, especially their sweet passion fruits... The staff at this hotel was so welcoming and kind, that we will miss them too. THANK YOU!!

We stayed four nights in Oct 24. In short, the hotel is rather outdated and needs urgent refurbishment. Whilst the lobby is spacious and impressive, rooms are small, cramped and all the equipment is seriously worn out. It has also been the first time I have seen a facility claiming to be a 5 star hotel to offer basic amenities (soap, hair conditioner, body lotion) in dispensers mounted to the walls. Interestingly, there were no dispensers available nearby the tub. Additionally, the air con was smelly and too loud when operating, making us not to use it during the stay,
Overall quite a humble standard compared with other 5 star facilities in China.

The staff in general are very nice and attentive including front desk, housekeeping, executive lounge as well as the garden lady 万小鳳. All good except Shang Gong where our group dined three or four times but seems understaffed, thus the serving time kept being delayed.
