Cool spot with very friendly staff. Allowed us a late checkout to accommodate an afternoon flights. I recommend this location as it’s walking distance to the main attractions

I entered 1 on my reservation so when friends came up to room they charged 350,000 pesos or 80.00 American dollars I was ambaressed by them saying no one was registered but me..! This morning I went down and talked to Johnie the manager. Also the person that was on that collected the money from me forgot to give the person back their identification card, but I overlooked all of that because I love the place and I always stay there when I’m in Medellin I use the spa services the aesthetics downstairs the sushi bar breakfast is fantastic on the rooftop so overall, I was always very happy there. This was the first time that I thought I was treated a little unfairly, but when I went down and talked to Johnnie. He straightened out most of the problems and we ended up shaking hands and agreeing that I don’t have to have another room fee for a visitor. The thing is nobody stayed the night. They just came up to visit the room that’s what got me the most if you can’t have somebody come over and chill with you and I want to charge you a fee for it. I don’t think that was right.. I stayed at the Clicklak one time I came into the city and was very very nice and they didn’t have that same fee, but the person did have to register which is never a problem. all in all it was a wonderful day and thanks again to Johnie for straightening out the mess.

El hotel es muy bonito limpio y el personal muy servicial. Tiene excelente ubicación frente a Provenza. Al rededor encuentras de todo restaurantes discotecas farmacia.
