Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Struttura molto pulita (tutta), pulizia della camera impeccabile (grazie Mohamed). I ragazzi dell'animazione carini ma poco esperti e non coinvolgenti. Va bene la non invadenza, ma così è un po' troppo. Gli spettacoli serali sono stati tutti fatti da esterni e una volta terminati quelli, non c'era più nulla, se non la proposta di andare ogni sera in un locale di Sharm a 25€ (transfer, ingresso e drink). Dato che in inverno la zona è molto ventilata e si sta per lo più in piscina e la sera all' interno, sarebbe opportuno che l' animazione fosse più coinvolgente. Nel complesso mi sono trovata bene e ho mangiato benissimo!!

If you want quiet time with grown children and not screaming kids, this is ideal. Breakfast and dinner are excellent however lunch was hit and miss. Overall it was full but wasn’t crowded and the beach always had enough beds

One of the worst experience, no room service everytime i ring and say hello they disconnect dont even bother to call back never cleaned our rooms 2 days in a row theynshould change the name to aurora russian hotel they love the russians they litrally run all over the place for them i thouhht its a muslim country run by muslim people but no the hotel staff moody keep everytime they think id left my wife alone they knock on my room door for nothing they knocked mt room door on Thursday snd friday altogether 14 times but when i said about cleaning they said yes yes thats it food is terrible dont even know where to start its like your staying in a room away from thr hotel they dont dpeak to you dont say anything have angry faces you ask them questions they give you replies you wanna slap them they are so lucky i was with my wife all im saying if your muslim dont go here this is aurora russian hotel and the service i got and i have proof its appalling this is a 3 star hotel nothing more no animations no heated pool no room service no cleaning of the rooms when i wanted to leave they begged and said sorry etc but im sorry this was not worth my stay at all the only nice people was the security that it i wish hotel gave me a refund i woildve moved hotels they love russians if your speaking to them and a russian walks in they make you aait and run to them like its gold WORST HOTEL EVER BIG LIARS

Lovely place

Ho passato una settimana all’Aurora Oriental Resort e posso dire che il personale è stato gentile e cortese, camere pulite tutti i giorni e il cibo è stato all’altezza.

Overall a pleasant experience and a nice time. Staff friendly place clean and Roody Entertainment lady was fantastic. Weather great Only things beds and pillows weren’t great but overall a real pleasurable time.

Ottimo resort per un'indimenticabile esperienza in Egitto. L'ingresso é presidiato dalla polizia e da guardie dell'hotel. Tutto il villaggio circondato da mura. Appena entrati si nota subito la maestosità della struttura. ampio l'ingresso, ben distribuito e con pavimenti marmorei costantemente lucidati perfettamente. Camere e letti enormi sono sicurente un must. Tutto molto pulito: moquette dei corridoi lavate regolarmente, stanze passate quotidianamente con aspirapolvere e lavate. Passando all'interno del villaggio si scopre un parco bellissimo, con palme, cactus e altre piante. Prati innaffiati più volte al giorno e con l'erba tenuta sempre a una precisa altezza. La sala da pranzo é ben distribuita e con una vasta scelta. Sempre ho trovato cibi interessanti, anche degli ottimi ravioli e gnocchi. La pasta giusta, non stracotta. Mancavano soltanto più salse per la pasta. Ottimo il ragù, ma non si può mangiarlo tutti i giorni. Consiglierei qualche salsa al salmone o altri pesci, ai frutti di mare, ai gamberetti. Spiaggia grandissima e lettini molto comodi con teli mare nuovi tutti i giorni. nel mare davanti sabbia fine e acqua bassa, pochi pesci e barriere coralline distanti. La cigliegina sulla torta é stata l'animazione, tante le attività proposte e grande la disponibilità dei divertenti animatori. Gli animatori hanno fatto davvero la differenza. struttura molto ampia e ben operativa peccato per il pontile praticamente inutile perchè non arriva alla barriera ma per il resto tutto ok cibo un po ripetitivo ma vario stanze grandi e funzionali

Amazing hotel with great hospitality . The food was amazing , the staff was super friendly. The Animation team added cherries on the top of the cake especially Mohamed, Salma, Sarah, and Jordan.

We had an excellent stay at a decent price too. Metro supermarket was ever so handy just outside as is the atm and phone stores for voda & orange (opposite) & etisalat (next to Metro) had only one complaint which was immediately raised with hotel management and that related to taxi fares being hyper inflated however the hotel manager immediately offered complimentary transport to the airport as a genuine apology so that was resolved too. We enjoyed halal mcDonalds as well not far either. Weather was up to 30degrees so just lovely. Son enjoyed seeing all the fish, crabs & starfish. Would recommend you bring your snorkel gear as perfect opportunity here.

This is literally one of the worst place We have stayed in terms of customer care. Main issue, is that personal just don’t care about customer. For example: A) they don’t answer the reception phone. When we got there and asked them why, employee literally told us “no one answers it”. B) air conditioning in room not working (talking about 35 degrees), despite raising the problem nothing done. C) SPA not available in renovation, GYM not available in renovation… at least there was a pool.

Fair value for money , late check in , clean at the reception area only , a few number of staff , just a few options of food at the breakfast , it’s overrated hotel , I think must be 3 or max 4 stars hotel , need to renew most of the hotel

Service was terrible at the hotel. I waited 3 hours for a towel and some blankets and bed sheets. Food was very disappointing. Reception staff were very helpful but not so much the other staff.

The hotel was disappointing and not what I expected. The lobby and main buffet area is hot as the air conditioning wasn't on. The buffet didn't have too much food and not enough of a variety. The room had mosquitoes so they had to spray the room. The beach area was nice, although the water was very low and isn't for going into. You have to go far out on this dock to go into the water to swim. The pool was very crowded but there is another pool on the other side which was low-key and nice to swim in. We ended up staying only two nights instead of four nights and they were nice enough to issue credit back for the two nights we didn't stay.
