Club Quarters Hotel, St. Paul's

I love this chain and have been a regular at St Pauls. However two very expensive watches were stolen from my desk in the locked room - and I only nipped out for a short run - and this utterly ruined the experience, especially as my insurance won't cover the theft because they were not in the safe. A very, very expensive stay at the hote!!!

On arrival we were guided by a member of staff to complete check in online. Apart from helping activate the room key the only other interaction was advising that breakfast was available to book oh and you have to pay a £50 security deposit which is returned when you leave minus any charges to the room. The room itself was very nice, was on the 6th floor and could almost see St Pauls catherdral. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was nice. We were only staying 1 night but we struggled to sleep as the room was blasted with heating, we tried to turn the temperature down but it didn't work. It did eventually go off and the temperature went down a little however through the night is reached 26 degrees!! The shower, when used almost flooded the bathroom the next morning but we were checking out early. On check out we advised about the heat in the room and was told that the heat is controlled centrally and had we contacted reception through the night they would have helped which I did advise had we been told that the panel in the room didn't work then we would have. Have also noticed that this is a common theme in other reviews. I would like to say I would return in the future but the heating issue is enough to pick somewhere else.

Liked how close it was to St. Pauls Cathedral, but the heat was automotic in the room and not always workin meanwhile the hallways felt like a sauna

I love this hotel. It is spacious and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. St Paul’s church is just a few steps away and there are plenty of places to eat. We took the Elizabeth Line from LHR and stopped at Farringdon. It’s a bit of a walk to the Hotel but it’s better than connecting to the Underground lines.

Excellent services ..

Less than a block from St Paul's Cathedral. Easy walk to Tower of London. Very nice buffet breakfast! Great lounge and gym area.

Great hotel and location, nice and comfortable, if noise sensible bell of Saint Paul, could be an issue. Good breakfast and restaurant (Cotè). Desk Staff could use some service improvement.

Great location, convenient to take tubes or buses. We also like the hotel breakfast. The sofa bed for the 3rd person is not comfortable, very soft, no support.

Es un hotel de 4* pero no parece estar a la altura. La recepción y el hall son muy pequeños y comparten mostrador con el servicio de bar. La calefacción de la habitación está a 25°C y no se puede regular; para poder bajar la temperatura nos dejaron una rendija de la ventana abierta. Nuestra habitación era para 3, con una cama enorme y un sofá cama en dos estancias distintas, lo que resultaba muy cómodo. Lo malo es que el lavabo está en la unión entre ambas estancias, sin puerta de separación, lo que supone una molestia, sobre todo cuando se usa de noche. El armario tiene espacio para colgar y un par de baldas pero resulta claramente insuficiente para tres personas. La kitchenette tiene un fregadero, una vitrina para tazas, una nevera pequeña, un hervidor de agua y una cafetera Nespresso, pero se echa en falta un microondas para que realmente pueda tener más utilidad. El hotel parecía estar al completo y eso generaba esperas en los ascensores, pero es razonable teniendo en cuenta que eran Navidades. En cuanto al desayuno, y suponemos que por haber tanta gente, ha habido días en los que había productos que se agotaban y no se reponían, como la bollería o los zumos. El personal, en general, es correcto. La ubicación es muy buena, a media hora andando de Trafalgar Square o de Tower Bridge y con parada de bus al lado. En definitiva, esperábamos más de un hotel de 4*, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio que tiene.

Oh my God, if you enjoy sleeping, avoid this place like the plague!!!!! Zero sound proofing. Listen as people fart two doors away?!? Every door in every room can be heard opening and closing metal on metal throughout the entire floor. Every person coming back from partying can be heard in intricate detail making sleeping impossible for more than five minutes. I did not sleep for five days here and it was the worst experience of my life traveling worldwide.

The hotel is recently refurbished, everything is really new, nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing to sing about, but fairly decent. The gym is gym but well equipped. But the dividing walls of the rooms are paper thin, I could hear the couple in the next room having sex.

Lovely room in a very good position for everything around, room was spotless and comfortable, a massive tv and a sofa lots of extra touches such as the extras that are available at extra cost such as phone charger. Would highly recommend
