No penúltimo e ultimo dia da nossa estadia, ficamos sem internet a rede móvel era péssima. A sanita e a pia entupiam quando usadas e o chuveiro não tinha pressão. As camas era confortáveis e o espaço era quente.

No light next to the bed . No bed side table . Radiator didn't work . Hot water only in a sink no in a shower

Det var inte mycket som stämde överens med bilderna som låg på deras hemsida. Rummen var fruktansvärt små med dålig standard, o bilderna var från ett hotell på en helt annan adress. Jag hade aldrig frivilligt bokat in mig på ett sådant här rum. Där fanns ingen tillgång över huvudtaget på mat på hotellet vilket resulterade i att vi fick jaga efter frukost ena dagen när vi skulle iväg på event. Trappan som ledde ner till vårt rum var så snäv o brant att jag som har kronisk smärta hade stora svårigheter att ta mig upp o ner.

A great budget hotel that is ideally situated between hammersmith and Sheperd's Bush. A very friendly receptionist with who i had a nice chat. The room was very clean and cosy. No luxury but a nice room with a good shower and a very comfortable bed. I would recommend.

Dårlige rom som ikke tilsvarte bildene og ingen renhold. Ikke fikk vi ekstra dyne. Kun 2 stk.Reiste med datter og barnebarn. Og fikk øverste etasje med skråtak. Mye støv på vifte og div andre tinga. Dette er det værste sted jeg har bodd på i london

I was in room 22 which was on the ground floor, with a glass door to the backyard which was locked and cannot be opened.

The negatives: the bed sheets were scattered with hair and debris, there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom, and you could smell marujana when the room window was open. On the positive side, the staff member was very helpful in fixing the wifi connection when it didn't work at first.

Property was listed as having air conditioning however upon arrival they said it was an error on the listing. A major error considering I was with a person that had a health condition at the time. Room was very small and also extremely noisy as it sat on a main road.

It wasn't a nice experience. I booked as it said air conditioning and tv, it had neither. A small fan in the room which id have gotten more air if a mouse was breathing on me, tv in the room but the remote was removed due to covid i was informed by the receptionist... the bed was the most uncomfortable ive slept in in my life, small and just sank in the middle, the room was like a wardrobe and barely room to turn in it

The room is pretty basic and contained, but it had everything you'd need for a short stay. Given the temperatures, the addition of a fan was very welcome! Shower was okay but door didn't close properly, extractor fan was very loud, and providing shower gel but no shampoo seemed strange. But, like I say, for the price, given most places in London are double/triple, I was very impressed in terms of value.

Exactly what I was expecting, in fact better than I was expecting after reading the reviews, the room itself was clean and tidy, walking distance to everything we needed, I’d stay again

This is excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. New carpets were being laid during my stay and I could see that a lot of effort has gone into making the accomodation feel modern, well maintained and comfortable. I would stay again.

Called the hotel 3 seperate times before our visit. No response. Rude customer service as we walk in. No parking. We had to find a place in London to park. The building smelt of cigarettes. The room - tiny which is not a problem but the photos do the explaining. I also found a hair in the towels. They were prompt and easy with the refund which was the only good experience...and yes. If you've noticed that is a coffee stain on the bed. We left within the hour.

The carpet in the room needs replacing as it looked dirty. No remote control for the tv.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, sin embargo cuentan con lo necesario para una estancia corta amena. El desayuno es completo, y el personal es muy amable. Tiene cerca todo tipo de transportes y algunas zonas comerciales. Es importante señalar que no cuenta con elevador.

Booked as it meant to come with breakfast, had different hotel in mind closer to my work but chosen this especially for breakfast in the morning. When checked in, had to call for someone and wait , person told me no breakfast due to local restrictions. I did ask about refund and they have. Refused to even acknowledge the complaint. They said to get in touch with hotels.com. hotels have me some gogw but bad taste remains. Bed sheets were stained and bathroom had previous guest things in it. Same with coffe and tea facilities. There was even that gas to make you high leftover. Overall not bad place , lacks parking after 9 and no breakfast at the moment . Not worth the price at present but not bad once this whole virus is a thing of the pass
