I've stayed here a few times - this time it was a stay before a flight from Bristol (approx 30 mins drive). It's good, simple, clean accommodation at a reasonable price. Not too much road noise, and the service station is a walk away if you need food. Staff are always nice, and if the small car park is full you are able to park in the services car park and put your reg in there machine. Will stay again.

Lady on receptionist was really friendly after our long time in a 20 mile tailback :)
The room was very clean and was perfect for a short stay.

Nightmare. I went with a third company and apparently there card got declined this was at the beginning of December, instead of ringing the company at the time they waited till I booked in on the 27th to tell me. So I had to pay again till the company opened. Joke

First floor, no lift which was fine for me
It was a shock to get into bed and find a sock on the smoke alarm, not ideal when I’d just put the heater on. I was then paranoid there’d be a fire and I wouldn’t know 🙄

Room was dirty tired and desperate need of a refurb bed was 2 singles joined but so worn you roll into the middle carpet was stinking and looked like hadnt been hoovered in ages only stay if desperate or just need to get head down for couple hours

It’s a nice hotel for a few days. It would be good to have the check-in instructions before arrival. We received the email with when we could check in after the arrival time and another email the following morning! Other than that, the hotel is very basic but nice and the rooms are very big which is a bonus

The night receptionist was rude, she couldn’t find the key to my room so put me in another which wasn’t ready, I had no hand wash or shower gel. Normally I would go back down to reception and say but didn’t check in until after midnight from a long flight

The springs were coming through the mattress. They couldn’t change it as the hotel was full. They gave us a couple of extra duvets to lie on but it didn’t really help. We were told to complain to a specific email address in the morning but have not had any response in nearly 2 weeks!
