Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront, an IHG Hotel

Staff were absolutely exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you. They went far and beyond expectations - Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable

Disappointed with my stay. There was obviously issues with the heating as hotel was cold & portable radiators where being used in rooms & restaurant. 2 of pillows on my bed had no pillowcases. I was overcharged & it took ages to sort out at checkout. Not likely to return.

It's a very old hotel that needs updating, definitely. Great location, but that's all.

Good portions of food and variety, friendly staff and such a convenient location! Parking very convenient as well. Am so grateful!

Poor general condition of the hotel. The car park was awful, extremely small spaces. Breakfast was appalling, definitely not worth paying for.

Wonderful hotel, can’t ask for more and very friendly manager had been helpful. 2 double bed premier room so lovely and brilliant. Want to go back again. Breakfast included it is good choice. Easy to walking go shops, pub and meal.

Exceeded expectations

great position and overnight stay, good breakfast highly recommended

We paid for a premium room and got an interconnecting room. The guests next to us were intent of spending the night partying. We have no issue in that normally but with just a door between us we got no sleep but were educated in their love for pierced nipples and men with large appendages.

Stay was ok BUT... * There was no queue but time to check in was lengthy. *Our chosen two food options were both not available in the evening. *We upgraded to a premium room. In the bathroom the soap bottles & shaving mirror were fixed to the wall away from the sink in a position difficult to use. *The safe in wardrobe was high up with 'how to use instructions' in TINY print in a black background which was extremely hard to read. *Lift from car park was out of order as was one of the two lifts in reception area. The remaining usable lift made alarming noises when in use. (We were informed beforehand that the car park lift was not working)

Staying over for a funeral the following morning.

Well appointed hotel, convenient location, Helpful staff , A/C heating not working in room so reception provided a temporary heater.

Reasonable price and comfortable

Large room with plenty of storage space. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

Breakfast was really really good

The accessibility for people with mobility issues the front disabled access door did not work.nor.did the rotating door or the internal lift. My wife had great difficulty with access

You know what you get with the Holiday Inn. Reasonable value for money and good location. Excellent staff.
