Holiday Inn Bristol Airport, an IHG Hotel

Great and friendly staff !

First room given wasn't made ready. Second room offered wss premium room, Coffee machine not working and shower waste clogged with hair. More attention to details i think 🤔

Great stay here, ended up in Bristol for 1 night afrer flight cancellation. Hotel was lovely and all staff we dealt with were great!!

We were not. told at the time of booking that the shuttle bus was extra we thought we had booked it when we booked

Airport hotel. But they’ve started charging extra for parking

Overnight parking fee of £15 should be more transparent overnight. Very clean and nicely presented. Helpful staff but was kept waiting over 20 minutes as Expedia hadn’t paid Holiday Inn. Good sleep. Good bathroom. ( towels for 3 when 4 staying. Minor issue but often happens in big chains). Very good breakfast ( between 8-9:30 so no seeping in). Overall would use again if cheaper than local pub who doesn’t charge for parking.

Nice hotel for traveling to/from Bristol Airport. Car parking fee was high though and not mentioned when booking

Worst hotel i have stayed in. And dangerous. I can live with the hour long check in as tgey were understaffed and had gotten everyone l aheads room long so long waits while they changed things around including for us. Part of this is Expedia’s fault as the description online doesn’t match what holiday inn actually provides so you’re booking something that doesn’t exist. But poorly trained and poorly competent staff. The fire alarm rang 7 times between 4am and 7am. My daughter was terrified and kept asking us to go out. After the second time (ringing for over 5 minutes each time) the front desk said don’t bother coming down, it’s a fault in the kitchen. But the alarm kept ringing for extended periods making everyone jump and nervous. Don’t bother coming down, but what if one of them actually became a real fire? A very dangerous place. No communication. In the morning a poorly trained receptionist was amusingly baffled that we couldn’t sleep. She was amazingly blank and argued that the incessant alarms were for our safety so we should be relieved? Absolutely no clue and no understanding of hospitality or guest relations. My daughter was traumatised.

Attentive staff and responsive were very welcoming. We were only there for 6 hours so hard to make judgement.

Holiday Inn BRISTOL Airport is misleading as it isn’t within walking distance to the terminal.

Pleasant experience

The property and staff were nice. Someone entered our room early in the morning and then left when my son sat up in bed. It was way over priced for what we received.

Newly opened/refurbished Holiday Inn. Fakma on reception was very helpful and provided us with an upgraded room. Hotel seemed brand new with excellent facilities in the room, particularly impressed with the shower. Good base for Bristol Airport.

We were booked for three but only got twin beds. They quickly sorted a new room for us. So Arf were excellent especially Ann Marie in the restaurant. They are still refurbishing the hotel but our executive room was really good
