Excellent, friendly and helpful staff.
My only complaint was that some of the cooked breakfast items (tomatoes, hash browns, beans and bacon) looked as though it had been cooked some time ago. Pastries, cold meat and fruit were also available, and were fine.
I would certainly stay again.

It was located in such a nice place- if you’re planning to visit V&A, the location cannot get better. Staffs were very kind, breakfast menus can be improved- and better soundproffing.

Great hotel in a great location. Across the street from 3 museums and a short walk to tube station, restaurants/caffès and shopping including Harrods. Rooms are roomy, well appointed, with comfy beds and bath. Delicious breakfast was included.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and quiet and of a reasonably high standard. It looked like it had been fairly freshly decorated. Breakfast selection was fantastic and staff were friendly. The only negative point was that the gym and pool were and additional charge of £15 per day. I had booked the hotel based on it having a gym and pool and it was disappointing to learn this. For this reason alone, I'd probably stay elsewhere, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a great place to stay.
